So this here is my log, hopefully the first of many steps on this PE journey.
Background? Well I'm just out of my teen years, and finally getting over my teenage mindset of anxiety and self doubt. I've come to realise I don't need
PE etc, but I WANT it rather. I think lacking that mentality put on far too much pressure when I last tried it. I'm viewing myself in some kind of personal
Renaissance, and PE is a part of that.
I have little sexual experience, and have always been hesistant when it comes to woman, due to insecurities and self doubt. But that's the past.
So on to the measurements.
BPEL - +- 19.5 cm ( 7.7 inches )
EG - +- 13 cm ( 5.1 inches )
I was a bit hesitant with my BPEL measurement, due to avoiding a tendon at the top of my penis. But after several measurements it seems to be accurate. Frankly, I was a bit surprised at it being so large. My EG is far more average. I'm not too concerned about slight inaccuracies, as hopefully operating in 5mm blocks to gauge progress should be alright.
My goals?
At present, my primary goal is to increase over all penile health. My EQ etc has been damaged due to excessive masturbation and porn, and my
first step to recovery is cutting that out. Beyond that, I haven't actually been able to gauge much with a lady, so it's all fair and well praying
for something, only to find out it's too large etc etc.
But right now lets just go for >8 BPEL and +- 6 EG.
Seems reasonable.
Routine?
I don't have a set routine for the beginning phases. I more aim to listen and see how my little guy responds. I am doing these though.
- Kegels ( Everyday)
- Stretches ( Everyday)
- Dry Jelqs ( I'm uncut and find these easier, Every 2nd Day).
Quantity of each vary. Aiming to ease into this one.
So that's me. I just started today, so hopefully this is the start of a great friendship haha.

I am about the same age and going through something very similar to you. I believe in self-improvement and PE is a part of it, for me it is anyway. You are fairly above average in the length department and you girth is falls in the average range. There is nothing to be insecure about as far as size/volume of your penis is concerned. I like that you are concerned about the overall penile health. It is the right mind set.
I would recommend JP90 or other light beginner routines. Give yourself time and be dedicated, you'll get where you need to be.

I'm currently checking out some routines, but in the interim I'm winging it. ( Erring on the side of caution).
These past two weeks I've gone roughly 5 days without masturbating, which to me is a big deal. I've noticed in those times I have a lot more sexual energy and motivation. Which, although frustrating at times, I hope to channel into exercise and other things. I think a lot of my failure at self improvement, and frankly, not getting laid, was due to being in a over masturbated state.
I've now stopped porn, which doesn't phase me too badly. I know I will masturbate, but I am aiming to cut that down to low levels, aiming for once every week or two. Only when I "crack"
It's too early to put this to PE, but I woke up with a woody, which for me is rare.
