BPEL: 5.8in
GEG:4.1-2in
MEG:4.3in
BEG:4.75in
Does everyone measure when they are close to PONR, because that's when I measure because I feel I am the biggest at this point?
This will be my first post as I just finished my first session of PE.
My first session:
7 Minute warm up with heated pad that was put in Microwave for 45 seconds.
x2 30 second stretches Left/right up/down
About 50 Jelqs at about 50% erection
Warm down in Hot shower.
I plan on Doing this routine and add intensity/time to everything as time goes on.
A few questions I have:
1.It seemed like my dick wanted to turtle when I was doing the stretching. Why is this and how do I prevent it?
2.What exercises should i do to keep a nice flaccid hang all day and decrease turtling?
3. Do bed fowfers increase flaccid hang and should I do them all night while I am asleep?
4. I really want to do V-Jelqs as well but when I try to do them it feels awkward, so I would appreciate it if someone can help me and let me know how to do them correctly because I want them to be apart of my routine.
