    18 Years old. 6'0 180lbs
    Approximate measurements:
    BPEL: 5.8in
    GEG:4.1-2in
    MEG:4.3in
    BEG:4.75in

    Does everyone measure when they are close to PONR, because that's when I measure because I feel I am the biggest at this point?

    This will be my first post as I just finished my first session of PE.
    My first session:
    7 Minute warm up with heated pad that was put in Microwave for 45 seconds.
    x2 30 second stretches Left/right up/down
    About 50 Jelqs at about 50% erection
    Warm down in Hot shower.

    I plan on Doing this routine and add intensity/time to everything as time goes on.

    A few questions I have:
    1.It seemed like my dick wanted to turtle when I was doing the stretching. Why is this and how do I prevent it?
    2.What exercises should i do to keep a nice flaccid hang all day and decrease turtling?
    3. Do bed fowfers increase flaccid hang and should I do them all night while I am asleep?
    4. I really want to do V-Jelqs as well but when I try to do them it feels awkward, so I would appreciate it if someone can help me and let me know how to do them correctly because I want them to be apart of my routine.

        Haha guess I'm not the only one. I have quite a few questions.
        How do you prevent turtling throughout the day? Can you explain how to kegel everytime i try it I don't know if I am doing it right. Are you supposed to measure while edging? Are you supposed to kegel while having sex to stop yourself from Cumming?

          Bed fowfer, which you do for 20-30 minutes a night will increase flaccid withtime, just give it time.
          When you go to pee, stop yourself. The muscles you are contracting are what is known as the kegal muscles. Do it often throughout the day.

          Throw the ruler away for now and don't think of anything while you're having sex but sex.

              Going to do my second session tonight. Going to throw some bed fowfers into it. Can someone please tell me how to correctly do bed fowfers. And should I be doing the stretches flaccid?

                Always do stretches flaccid.
                05/3/19: 6.25 BPEL, 5.75 NBPEL, 4.67 MSEG,
                12/13/20: 7 BPEL, 6.38 NBPEL, 4.87 MSEG - 22% volume increase
                05/15/21: 7.25 BPEL 6.63 NBPEL 5 MSEG - 32% volume increase
                Short term goal: 7.5x5

                  I ended up not doing that session the other night, But I did tonight. Here is what I did:
                  10 minute heated pad warm up
                  3x stretching 30 secs up/down left/right
                  50-75 OK jelqs trying to do 4 second strokes
                  10 min hot shower warm down
                  5-10 bed fowfers

                  Can some veterans please review what I've done and give me some tips, especially tips to make sure i am effectivley doing the jelqs and stretching. Also, how exactly do you do your bed fowfers?

                    2x stretching 30 secs up/down left/right
                    5 JAI stretches (2 second stretch, 2 second hold it without stretch)
                    50-75 OK jelqs (3-4 second)
                    5-10 min warm down hot pad

                        3x stretching up/down left right
                        65 OK jelqs (3 seconds) 1rep=both hands
                        10 minute hot shower warm down

                        Decided I will be taking measurements every 2 weeks for progress

                          Try adding some more stuff. That's a pretty light routine.

                            About 20 JAI stretches
                            About 75 OK jelqs and about 10 V jelqs (Really need some help on the V jelqs, they just feel awkward to me)
                            What is the ideal jelq level when it comes to erection quality?
