    Hi guys,

    it's been a while since i registered here. I've read quite a lot, not only in here but also from another site, called *************.

    After I managed to understand some unclear words and exercises, I started doing PE (that was at the beginning of 2012.) BUT it did not last long,..only 2 months or less. So I started/continued doing PE again one month ago ...of course I measured both, length and girth with a self made tailoring meter.

    I measured again yesterday (after 30+ days of PE) and I was a bit disappointed...'cause i did not see some progress, either in length or in girth. Although it feels meatier and healthier under the hands (that is from a subjective experience).

    I still work on PESG's progress routine...I'm sorry he does not occur online anymore but I believe he gives true hope.

    This time I measured bone pressed (because one of as told me it's the most accurate). I hope when I upload a picture next time that I'll see some more gains. [Attached Images]

    How do you edge for 3 minutes? Like bring yourself to the PONR once and call it quits?

    Also, perhaps the reason your not seeing results is because you're not putting forth the effort? Well, perhaps putting forth the effort but just in the wrong manor.

    Between July 20th-25th you didn't jelq at all, just stretches. Why was this? Also, are you not warming down? This is just as important as warming up because it helps keep you plump through out the day.

      No,...the reason I edge that short is 'cause I have no privacy...Actually, I manage to complete stretching & jelqing, but sometimes just one of them or none of them :\ When my mum enters the flat first she asks is "What are you doing for so long in the bathroom?" It becomes embarrasing (the same happened today)

      I am not familiar whit this phrase "putting forth the effort" ...but if you think I'm not trying hard enough you are wrong my friend. Complete seasons I make (warm up+stretching+jelqing+edge) last for approximately one hour.

      The answer on the first sentence is, again, in the first paragraph.

      Regarding warm up here is the answer (QUOTE, user PESG):
      "This question may come up so I will answer it now. I never did a warm-down or a cool-down in any of my routines. I always conclude PE with edging. I can't honestly say whether it is beneficial to either because I never did it. However, I would bet money that edging, in the long run, is a much better conclusion to warming or cooling down."

      Apart from the main problem (privacy) I won't give up, not this time...I hope I'll show people (skeptical in the foreground As I was or maybe still Am) true pictures, comparable (with measurement) apart from the crap thread called Photos where people show their penis...and all remains on that. (I hope you understand what i'm saying though i have difficulties with english)

        As you can see this month has been more successful than the last one when it comes to privacy, consistency, jelqing.

              There's a little thing to mention. I did meassure before I started PE 3 months ago but unfortunately I lost data on my laptop. And I can't remember what my starting stats were. As I progressed during PE approximately 0,3-0,4 cm/per month I can only guess that I might start at 15,4 cm. Please, don't take me wrong.

              And second, I'll do a circumcision in few days/weeks so I'll have to pause for some time. Any suggestions?
