    so now that i am at days 7 from starting my PE

    i had a 1 unorganized rest day for some reasons

    and today i have done a workout session i think its good :

    stretches "i think i need to work on my erection as every time i touch it it gets erected very fast but today was better than before"

    jelqs "was good at decent erection level i think "

    side note : (i measured today before session and i think that i measured before wrong but now i think i got it right anyway it was 16.2 cm (6.37'' inch) girth same)

    also i decided to get 6 abs muscle so maybe with my 90 day program in PE i can make abs exercises so i though i will keep a tracking it within the same log

    program will be 20 rep crunches,20 sec rest , 20 sit ups , 20 sec rest , 20 leg lifts

    results in 6 weeks (well i got 4 years with PE exercise )

    As the weeks go on your penis will become used to you touching it and will not get excited as easily. Basically your penis thinks "oh your touching me? It must be time to masturbate." So you have to train it to understand that jelqing is work time, and he can get play time later.

    Also, if you really want to get a 6-pack you going to need to do more than just 60 crunches, for starters check out 8-minute abs on you tube, do that every other day. And remember, most people already have a 6-pack...it's just hiding under body fat. Not sure how healthy you are but you'll have to get to 10% BF to see that 6pack. Good luck Tusker.

      thnx UpcomingStallion for ur reply as for the 6-pack exercise i am just working on a specific which is the belly so i picked up this routines i know about the 8 min exercise and i know that i need to work out on all of my body although i am not fat just a few in the belly area so i am working on just this

      yesterday routine :

      k warmed up
      couldnt make any stretches so skipped it ( had a very hard erection it didnt come down for a long time i need to find a solution for it )
      made jelqs good maintained 80-90% erection
      warmed down( went to the bath right after it )
      edged for about 10 min (hot water , 2 PONR's , kegeld well)


      abs routine :

      20 crunches made well , situps are so fuckin hard so made 20 crunches more , 20 leglifts went good

        ok so just finished out a session :

        decided to stretch before warm up as warming up gets blow flow into the penis and i dont see the point of warming up then stretches anyway it went well stretched for about 5 min helicopter shakes stretches out and up with some rest between to get flaccid after an erection

        today started some V jelqs as i didn't know how to make them and i think its good for me as i have a slight bent to the left and down so did some V jelqs up and right about 5 min

        then some jelqs 5 min straight out

        warmed down (with feeling very little pain on the right side of the shaft ) then took a hot warm shower

        1 day left to rest

        note : i started to feel the vein's are getting a little bigger and i love it


        ABS exercise today :

        20 couch crunches (new) 2 sets, 20 crunches 2 sets , 20 leglift 2 sets

          ok so today's routine :

          warmed up
          stretched lights stretches for 5 min helicopter shakes and straight out
          v jelqed for 5 min went good
          jelqed for 5 min more
          instead of warming down took a hot shower (today was a little in a hurry)

          so i will start my rest days now ....
          2 days left to start workout.

          Abs exercise :

          20 crunches 2 sets , 20 couch crunches 2 sets , 20 leglifts X 15 leglifts (was so fuckin tired today)
          1 day more of it and i will have a day rest

          note : i started some sort of a diet wont eat any sugars or fried foods
          i should start see something in 2 weeks from now .

            ok todays Abs workout :

            done 20 crunches 2 sets , 10 leglifts , 20 couch crunches 2 sets

            ok so tommorw i will rest from PE and Abs workouts

              so took a rest today from all exercises and starting tommorw again after reading some threads in here i am thinking of changing my goals lol ....... i think i will keep it this way until i see how i gain

                ok so today started again and just completed a session :

                didnt warm up the heater had some issues
                so made some light stretches
                5 min V jelq
                5 min jelq
                then went to take a bath with cold water
                and edged for about 15 min

                4 days left to rest

                Abs exercise :

                did 20 crunches 4 sets (couch was a little busy today xD) , 20 leglifts 2 sets

                side note : i am 72 Kg and 184 cm (about 6 feet tall )

                  3 min warm down
                  + took a shower
                  did some light stretches and edged for about 5 min under the shower

                  3 days left to rest (in second week)

                  20 crunches X 5 sets , 20 leglifts (1 set)

                      Keep up the good work. I commend you on taking the ab section I recently quit smoking 6 months ago and need to start an exercise routine soon. Good luck with the pe to.

                          had to take an unplanned rest for some personal reasons so in second week will make a new schedule :
                          since i took yesterday off from both Abs , PE i will start today until Saturday

                            thnx man and good luck with ur jelqs as well and ur oncoming exercise routine u should also try doing some kegals to try to keep ur erection at a certain level u want also a good warm up helps keep blood flowing in ... check JP's 90 day exercise it really helped me out

                              ok so yesterday workout was :

                              5 min warm up
                              about 7 min stretches
                              //started to count jelqs rather than just time
                              30 v jelqs
                              50 jelqs
                              warm down shower + edged for 10 min and ejaculated
                              2 days left to rest

                              Abs exercise :

                              it was about a session in the afternoon and night so i will guess as i dont remember

                              about 20 crunches (5 or 6 sets with one of them side to side crunch ) , 20 leg lifts 2 sets

                              note : oh also i measured yesterday and i dont know i think i measure wrong or it is something about EQ anyway it was about 15 cm EL (5.9'') and 12 cm EG (4.7'') although it was with measure tape and not my regular method (ruler ) so will measure at the end of the week
