Thread: Progress Diary.

Hi everybody, this is just gonna be a small introduction on my progress diary. I'm going to try to make this as detailed and legible as possible with as few details omitted for the sake of a good example. This is why posts might be in between and sparing, like I said from my introduction thread im a Ex Heroin addict. So I have a million projects going at one time, getting my life together, a Job, School, Rehab etc. But lets get past the bull, it's time for the plan!
Im going to start out with JP's 90 day beginner routine, I have a Bathmate on order and will be using it to supplement. Here is a link to that workout. https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...r-routine.html
My starting stats are 6'in in length and 4.75-5.00 in' in girth (it increases mainly around the base)
Hopefully by today im going to get proper measurements and hopefully pictures.
As for the supplements im taking, im using Equate One Daily Men's Multivitamin/Multimineral Supplement and 500mcg of Vitamin B12. Everythings Cheaper at Wal-Mart
This is also going to be a Weightloss/Muscle gain thread. I was into working out right after highschool, but a terrible job and bad lifestyle choices forced a end to that era. So hopefully I can start agian new and post my results to contribute in my bodily transformation. Thanks for looking guys!Groovy.

Hey, everybody I've been bad about trying to keep updated but on a good personal note stuff really seems to be coming together. I just had a interview today hopefully that goes over well, im talking to a girl who seems absolutely awesome she's going to nursing so hopefully she can help smooth my recovery
. Hopefully I can do the same with a big surprise at the end of our semesters, in short life seems to be picking up. Now, back to the main point of this thread. I've been following the 90 routine for about two weeks now with some slight modification, everything is going smooth but my main motivation is girth.
This is my routine as follow's
10 minute warm-up rice sock
40 straight minutes of jelqing with integrated uli's and other jelqing techniques
10 minute's bathmate on low suction.
I do this every other day, and it seems to have alot of promise. The jelqing factor is huge, usually I put on a movie to help things go by, and while I was doing it I noticed I would naturally integrate other techniques like uli's or other styles of jelqing unintentionally. Mostly to break up monotony, after that 40 minutes the expansion from the bathmate is fantastic. Only complaint is that it seems to balance out the after effect of the vascularity brought on by the jelqing, I pump to about 160 units worth of pressure right now and hopefully will reach 190. Overall, everything seems to be going to plan. I'm planning on purchasing a extender. I'm also going to try a different lubricant, i've been using vaseline and it works great but they have a generic with shea butter and it seems like it can only help. So far very optomistic, and I will be posting pictures and measurements by the end of the month.

Sorry for the lack of postage people, I had a killer session yesterday. I was skipping the warm-ups for awhile, due to laziness never agian though I can really see it does make a difference. But yesterday I started out with a 10-15 minute warm up then followed by 20 minutes of jelqing, after that I clamped for about 10 minutes. Doing nothing, Just a clamp, then a 10 minute Bathmate session and a Cool down right after that all I can say is Holy **** that was a great workout. My extender also came today which I am thrilled! I ordered a Vac Extender so I'll try to write a review after i've worked with it for a little while. I apologize for my lack of posts and pictures I'm going to do it by the end of this month, just have to get over my anxiety of doing so. Other then that everything is going great keep working out guys
. A big thing im learning is actually how to use the Bathmate the correct way to it's most effective point. I noticed that if you dont immedeatly get a good suction going you get a little bit of a whistling sound from the top of the valve. Another thing is keep your are trimmed, and I mean completely trimmed. The subtle difference between letting yourself go for a little bit and keeping up with your pubic area's matinence is huge, and I think you can actually get less ball suckage if you make this a priority.

So far progress has been good with my current routine! Ive been keeping up with relatively the same method and the results are very noticeable. I've also been using the extender since i've gotten it and the thing is great. Mainly I use it when im studying so about a hour to a hour and a half at a time. I've clocked in 10 hour's this week so far, usually I try to use this every other day in combination with the BathMate. I also have made a small switch, Instead of regular vaseline i've been using for lube I'm trying vaseline with Cocoa Butter. The skin on my penis looks much better and the stretch marks seem to be healing. My only problem is after awhile it starts to get kind of tacky. You have to gob the stuff on about every twenty minutes, by next saturday i'll have pics and new measurements ready.

Hey everybody, Glad I could log on and give a update, it's been a month and a half since I started my routine and the results are in! I have gained a extra 1/8 of a inch at the base putting me at 5 1/8 inch girth and a 16th of a inch towards the mid/upper shaft putting me at 4 15/16. Life is pretty good, the results from the bathmate seem to speak for itself and I'm motivated as ever! Another side note however, I've been using the extender for a total of 14 hour's in the past week and the results have me thinking.
Extender Thought's
Pro's
Long periods of extender usage seem to allow stretch marks to heal because of a lack of retraction, I've also applied lotion to the area where the skin seem dried.
Flaccid Length has noticeably changed, this is a huge confidence booster, I've litterally gained a inch from my original flaccid state going from 3.5 flaccid to 4.5 flaccid
Vac-Extender = EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE, very easy to strap on and go about your business
Convenience: if your in a situation in your life where you are sitting down for hour's at a time, the convenience is second to none. The fact that your doing your homework whilst simultaneously making your penis larger is a huge motivational factor.
Cons
Although I have seen a large flaccid gain, actually erection gains are yet to be seen my flaccid length has increased WHICH IS GREAT. However my erection non-Bpel length has stayed the same. To be honest though im not to sure, My BPEL has increased which is a positive. Half of me wonders though because of a fleshy fat pad that I wouldnt be able to marginalize the gain.
The single downside is that even though there's vacuum the silicone tends to stretch. This has led me to the philosophy of less is actually more when it comes to attaching longer rods. When I've used longer rods I noticed the silicone would stretch and force the base of the extender into my body, kind of like a rope being stretched from both ends.
After awhile you begin to get antsy, it is comfortable. At the same time your dick does get cold, fluid does build up (easily remedied by a heat wrap) and after awhile you usually start to get paranoid. Usually when this happens I try to take a break but it makes me question if taking a break actually detracts away from gains. Considering the idea that while using a extender you should remain in it for as long as possible.
Final thoughts and Conclusion: I think the extender is a great supplement to a PE program, I think that it allow's your penis to adapt and maintain a elongated state. Another side note is if you have a dominate lig (I do, my left is weaker and my right is dominant) you should make it a point to unscrew the rod that is weaker. The extender seems to buckle and place more stress on the dominate elongated side if you do not. I think that if you find yourself sitting for long periods of time and you need a good amount of concentration and privacy, the extender is more then worth your money. If you lead a less private life though, I think the BathMate and Manual exercises are the way to go. I honestly think that if I had integrated more manual length exercises in my routine, I would have seen thoose gains either way. Another good thing the BathMate has going for it is because that it use's fluid to create a vacuum it create's even pressure along your entire shaft. I have felt it applying more pressure and enlarging the weaker side of my penis. The last point I would like to make is to try and use enough rod's to be just slightly longer then the size you are now and nothing more. Anything larger then that just stretch's the silicone, makes it more uncomfortable and places unnecessary shock and stress on your penis. Overall I think if you have the time to put forth into it, it's a worthy purchase.
Things that Have helped contribute to my gains: Probably the best thing was having a note book and writing down what I was doing every other day. Even if I had to much going on I still looked into my note book and when I had time I MADE SURE I did my workout that day. I took a couple of breaks as I saw fit however, another thing that has attributed great success is the BathMate. I know I overtly emphasize it, but since the day I felt it applying all that pressure to my weaker side i've been sold. It's a excellent tool, and I will continue to use it after every workout from now on. I will also be posting pictures tomorrow, Happy Trails guy's I hope the insight helps.Groovy.
