    Hey PEGYM, ive decided to create a progress log to keep me on track and stay motivated.

    I recently finished the JP90 routine with some degree of success -i did not measure before i started as i was not sure if it would work, but i was happy with what i saw after completing the routine. Now i have measured and currently my measurements are as follows:

    BPEL: 7.25
    NBP:6.75
    EG:5.5

    My goal would be to reach 8.5x6.5, although i may reduce it to the classic 8x6. At present i would like to focus on my length, aswell as base girth, which from what ive researched there are stretches that help base girth, so hopefully i can kill two birds with one stone.

    My routine will be 2 on 1 off and is as follows:

    Warm up 10-15mins
    Basic stretches x2 (30 sec)
    BTC stretches x2 (L,C,R) (30 sec)
    Side to Side stretch (100 reps)- add 25 a week
    Wet Jelqing (150 reps)
    Warm Down 10mins

    Kegel Routine:

    Kegel x50 (5 sec)
    Reverse Kegel x 100 (5 sec) (Increasing time/reps gradually)

    Other:
    Quitting porn
    Edge 3-4x a week (10 min start)

    I will be measuring on a monthly basis to track any gains. I welcome any advice or thoughts on my routine, and if their are any exercises you think i should include for length and/or base girth, im open to suggestions. Thanks for reading.

    Looks pretty good to me. I personally like to throw some V-jelqs in because they seem to really get the blood flowing through. Best of luck on quitting porn too.

        Thanks 2nd2most, i have tried the V-jelqs during the JP90 routine, but i didnt think i was doing them right. I did look around at the descriptions on how to do them, but it just wasnt working as well as regular jelqs. However, now you mention it, i will give V-Jelqs another go and see if i can find the correct technique and will report back on how it goes.

          Edging 10mins

          Routine was ok today, i normally use the rice sock for the warm up, but think ive misplaced it, so used warm water and a wash cloth. This didnt seem to be anywhere near as effective as the rice sock. I didnt really get that soft, pliable state whch works well for my stretches. This led to a pretty poor stretching session, in which i didnt really feel them as much, but perhaps it still worked.

          The jelqing worked well and got some good expansion. I tried some overhand jelqs today, as i usually do underhand, but i really want to get to the base to even that girth out, and i was able to get to the base more with these, so im likely to revert to overhand jelqs now and see what happens.

          Note to self: Find that rice sock!!!, or make another one .

                The routine went really well today, the stretches felt better, this might be due to the fact i had a longer warm up today. However i did have a problem with getting a little erect from stretching which often happens. I also had a problem with my grip for the side to side stretches, so i didnt include them in this session. I did though include some jai stretches, which i used before my main stretches. I found that i really felt these, so will be incorporating them into my routine now.

                The jelqing as ever went really well, im really pleased ive now switched to overhand jelqs, it seems much easier for me. I also included some V-jelqs today after 2nd2most's comment and they worked great today, i think ive finally found the right technique!!.

                I will be taking the weekend off as will be seeing some of the family, but will be back on Monday.

                  Well had a good rest over the weekend. Unfortunately could not do my session today, but managed to do some kegels. Will definately be back on track tomorrow.

                    Glad to be back after basically 3 days off. I had a really good stretching day today, probably one of my best. I have been having difficulties with my stretching grip, but i did a bit of researching and found baby powder seemed to work for a few people, so i gave it a go and it was incredible. I got some really good stretching done, so from now on, i will be using baby powder for my stretches.

                    The Jelqing went well, ive been working on getting 2 handed jelqs, instead of the one hand that i have done previously, it went quite well. Im sure if i keep practicing i will get used to it.

                      Had a decent session today, the stretches were ok, the jelqing went well, although i might go back to my one hand technique as i can feel more blood going through that way. I do get great expansion with my shaft through any form of jelqing, but it seems that my glans dont go hard or expand after the jelq. I wonder if anyone has any thoughts on this?.

                        I think you're doing fine with the jelqing.. Don't squeeze overly hard and do 3-5 seconds strokes .. I hope you're jelqing the right way? => jelq with one hand slowly untill you almost reach your glans, hold that hand squeezed there, then slide with your other hand from base towards glans, and when both hands almost touch each other you let the above one loose and repeat it again and again and again

                          Had a great stretching session today, probably down to a good warm up i feel. It seems the longer and more thorough warm up, the better my stretching sessions go. The jelqing was ok, i couldnt seem to get a good enough erection level for jelqing today.

                          What ive found is that when i have a great stretching session and can really feel the stretches, my jelqing session isnt the best. Perhaps im stretching too hard or maybe i should jelq first and then stretch, or possobly break up the sessions, which i dont really want to do. I will be having a rest day tomorrow, but will try jelqing then stretching on my next session and see how it goes.

                            Flaccid actually looked pretty good today, it seems to fluctaute so much when im moving around, but had a pretty lazy day today and it only seemed to benefit my flaccid, keeping it bigger for longer.
