  • 2nd2most journal & progress log

O.K. So I have officially been doing the JP90 routine for one month now. I have added an additional 50 kegels & 50 reverse kegels each held for 10-15 seconds. I have come to the conclusion that to show true commitment, I need to keep a progress log. Also, I want to see how all the hard work is paying off and use that for continued motivation.

    My starting measurements:

    BPEL 6.75
    EG 5.25 (mid shaft)
    BPSFL 6.25
    FG 4

    Short term goal

    BPEL 7
    EG 5.5

I will post how my workouts go and will post my updated measurements tomorrow.

excellent work outs saturday and sunday. I went for the rice sock for the warm up which was a great change since I can just lie there in bed and get an extra few moments of rest while I warm up. I also did my stretching in bed to which I enjoyed.

My EQ has been pretty awesome. I have been incorporating some edging as well (no release, saving that for sex). That has probably increased my EQ as well.
