    Thanks .... Its no different then post workout fatigue and tearing caused in real gym...
    All you need is to know when to stop....
    BTW are you using traction device????

    No. I just do traction wrapping after a work out.

    Just finished JP90 for Day 3 and did some testicle massage(amazing btw). Wrapped right now.

    Week 1 Down, on my two rest days, today and tomorrow.

    Week review:


    • Day 1, 2 and 3 were good had fun. I realized I was a bit wrong jelqing at around 25% erect, then I noticed the JP thread said I should be at 60%-70% erect, so I made that change.



    • Day 4 and 5 I lacked motivation to carry on, but I still did, which made it less enjoyable and more of a task. So I need some motivation to carry on. The thought of having a bigger thing doesn't motivate me enough I guess.



    • For all 5 days, after the workout I have traction wrapped for around 45mins right after the workout, later on in the day I did Lazy Ass Stretches and Testicle Massages.



    • I noticed that my flaccid looks a bit thicker and doesn't seem to fluctuate in length as much as before seems to keep above 1.5". Might be mind over matter but I have no measurements to prove right now. Those testicle massages are amazing. Hang is a bit lower but much more relaxed. Wow.
