I'm doing JP90 for a few weeks now, along with some fowfers.
Can't really remember my exact starting stats.
But I am currently @
BPFSL: Unsure due to fluctuations.
FG: Unsure(it wasn't flaccid anymore at this point lol).
BPEL: 4.7"
EG: 3.9"
Presently I have no hang @ flaccid, I was told it's because I have tight suspensory ligaments. Which is logical.

So after JP90 I would be adding some hanging to it.

My short term goals are:
BPEL: 5.5"
EG: 4.5"
Long term goals are(until further notice):
BPEL: 6.0"
EG: 5.0"
I set two goals because I believe if I achieve the first one I'd be motivated to carry on, rather to aim high from beginning and be let down.
I'd try to be as humble as I can, motivate myself and others.
