  • My road ..

    Well I started jelqing around 3 weeks ago so July 30th or July 29th was when I really started . ive been doing [5 days on 2 days off] so far . This week I switched it up to 2-1 1-1 2-1 . Just so I can give my penis the extra rest it needs. So this is what my workout looks like .

    I warm up with a rice sock for about 10 Mins.
    I do my Helicopter shakes followed by up/down/left/right stretches Incorporated with kegels as I stretch.
    15 mins Dry jelqing 60-80%
    30 mins Wet Jelqing 50-70%
    and than i finish off with a 30-1 hour long edging session

    I havent really been keeping up with my gains til today so my lengths look like this after my jelq session

    NBPEL 5.75
    BPEL 6.25
    Flaccid Length 4.75
    Flaccid Girth 4.5
    EG 4.9

    im hoping to continue with this seeing as my veins are getting bigger . and my EQ has been out of the world in the morning after i jelq . i also take fish oil and garlic everyday with my multivitamins

    So your PIs are good? 45 minutes of jelqing every day is a ton, especially for a beginner.

      yeah my veins are starting to show up . you think i should cut back and if so how long ?

        i forgot to mention , i was taking L-Argnine and seen a significant increase in my veins size .

          just did a warm up in the shower for about 10-15 minutes
          stretched up down left right w/kegels and big circles with helicopter shakes.
          dry jelqed for about 10 minutes .
          and warmed up for 10 . looked it up and it seems like i was over doing it but i never seen the negative PI's so im glad i didnt harm my friend .
          planning on working up to 15 mins next week .

            We have about the same staring stats. I started PE on aug 8. I am doing a similar workout to your last post.

            Let's compare notes after awhile. I am a scientist, so I am curious about the results for two people if all of the other variables are controlled.

            What is your height, weight and age.

            I am 5'8, 170, and 38 yrs.

                well i took my rest day again yesterday and I figured I would do my excersises in the afternoon rather late at night .
                10 min warm up
                Stretches W/ Helicopter shakes
                15 mins dry jelq
                5-10 mins kegel

                    did a 10 min session wet jelqing . viens are feeling stronger every day . i try to do kegels anytime i think about them and try to hold them as long as i can .

                        took yesterday off ,
                        today i warmed up in the shower . did my stretches and only 10 mins of dry jelqing .

                          did my 10 minute warm up
                          followed by stretches which took about 10 minutes
                          15 minutes wet jelqing
                          10 minute v jelq
                          and i edged for about an hour and ejaculated .
                          i kind of ejaculate after every Jelqing session . anyone think i should be doing that . i think it might be affecting my gains a bit . not too sure . starting today monday im going to try not to ejaculate with around just 30 minutes of edging and see if that makes a difference .
