    Hi all! Brand new here, and to PE in general. I wanted to start a log somewhere so I can track my own progress and share it with others as well.

    So I am entering my 5th week of PE today, yesterday was my first measurement since I started. I am happy and proud to say that I have gained 3/8" length and 1/8" girth in only 4 weeks time! Wow! Im 38 now, I wish I had found out about this kind of stuff WAY sooner. I am recently going through a divorce and I hate my soon-to-be-ex-wife. [ EDIT 11/10/12 - Removed long rant about hating my ex wife ].

    My routine for the 1st 4 weeks consisted primarily of wearing a traction device (from X4 Labs). Then have been adding in some jelqing and manual stretching the last few weeks.

    Week 1: 2 hours per day wearing extender @ 6.75" stretch (Monday through Saturday, rest Sunday)
    Week 2: 4 hours per day wearing extender @ 6.875" stretch (Monday through Friday, rest Saturday and Sunday)
    Week 3: 2 hours per day wearing extender @ 7" - 7.125" stretch, 10 minutes jelqing session afterward (Monday through Saturday, rest Sunday)
    Week 4: 2 hours per day wearing extender @ 7.25" stretch, 20 minutes jelqing session afterward (Monday through Saturday, rest Sunday)

      Welcome to the gym. I agree with Someone_like_u, it is good that you already know she said that too hurt you. You are not small at all. Stay safe and read when you can, take a look in the beginner forums and enjoy the gym.

            * [Friday] For some reason the last week and a half I have experienced extreme fatigue during the daylight hours. Its always hard to tell if my feeling like shit is just a product of divorce stress, but it seemed coincidental that I started taking all the extra supplements right before I started feeling like this. I am going to take a few days off the supplements, except for the fish oil, to see if the fatigue is affected.

              * [Monday] Reading more on extenders. Some seem to be of the thought that it shouldnt be used as something to stretch it to the max. Others seem to be in the thought that you should, but when you do, it should only be 1-1.5 hrs per day. I definitely have been one to stretch it to the max. Perhaps I should cut down on the amount of hours worn like this. I will wait to take measurements at the beginning of October, and decide from there.

              * [Monday] It seems like my fatigue has gone away since I stopped taking the supplements 4 days back. I'm thinking I was definitely overdosing on something. I'm going to start again on the mens 1-a-day multi, and the Acai extract, along with the fish oil, and see what that does.

              * [Tuesday] This morning I got some morning wood that wouldnt go away for at least 5 minutes. Probably my hardest erection since the wife moved out. I was so extatic, especially since lately I was starting to worry if my EQ would ever go back up. Needless to say the excitment caused me to start PE'ing right away!!

                * [Wednesday] EQ is starting to get better, i think. fatigue has subsided. I think I was overdoing it on one or some of the vitamins and was getting bad side effects. I'm going to add to the supplements one by one every few weeks to see what each one has effect on me. Right now I am still only doing the Mens multi and fish oil.

                * [Thursday] Been slacking on the upperbody workouts lately. In the last 14 days, Ive only worked out 3 times. Got a good one in tonight. Gotta keep the motivation. No weight gained so far this month, but none lost either.

                * [Friday] Damn. I just realized that for a few months now I was looking at how to read the extenders "tension" the wrong way. I always had thought that by pushing the extender all the way in to 2100g, strapping in, then letting go, that that was applying 2100g tension. Jeez. When I let go, the extender extends back to almost full length, not quite, but almost. I always adjust the extender so that my penis is as long as it can get. I know its as long as it can get because as I turn the adjustment screws, the extender springs start contracting. Ive always just kept it at the first line (or just under it to where I cant see that line anymore) as I used that as a gauge that it ain't gettin' no longer (my penis). Well tonight I realize what Ive been doing basically is setting it to the first tension line and applying maybe 700-900g of force. I guess thats a good thing, as any thought I had of me overdoing it to start has just been erased. So tonight I increased the tension to about 1000-1100g, and holy shit, what a difference. Shit slmost hurts, not hurts, but I definitely feel the stretch burn now. I also realized that keeping track of "how long" I am extended to, or the BPXL, is possibly useless. What I think matters will be gram-hours. From now I will keep track of both. Im going to assume 800g of force on my previous 104 hours of extender use. Damn, cant believe it took me that long to figure that out.

                * [Friday] EQ is definitely better, sexual drive starting to come back a little. Am I finally getting over my soon-to-be ex? I hope so.

                * [Saturday] Now realizing that I didnt even have 800g of tension through my first few months of use on the extender. Recalculating using 700g, it might have even been less than that.

That will be way ahead of the again aforementioned "next summer", lol

                  * [Tuesday] Started wrapping yesterday after using the extender. Not sure if I should sleep wrapped or not, but going to stay on safe side, and only do an hour or two then remove. Will increase the time after this month if I notice any significant difference with anything. Side note, have had that "happy" feeling all day. So proud of my 7 incher, I feel like a teenager again. Damn that was a long time ago.

                  * [Thursday] Feeling motivated as all hell today!! Both for a bigger body and a bigger tool!!

                  * [Saturday] My daughter put me in my place this morning. I mentioned my WEIGHT increase to her and she flat out said "oh I cant even tell". Son of a bitch. Almost 6 months of weight gaining and muscle building and she didnt notice a thing. I'm feeling 5 foot 6 again, but still motivated to keep up with the workouts. We'll see where I am in another 6 months. Goal is to hit 150 by middle/end of next summer and hear my daughter say "wow dad your not so skinny anymore".

                    * [Sunday] Strong morning wood that was there all 3 times I "almost" awoke. Nice.

                    * [Sunday] 5 or 6 days ago I started counting calories after my pathetic weight gain in September (0.2 lbs), making sure I pack in at least 2500 calories per day, and started to choose my foods/carbs more wisely. Plenty of protein as well. I am staying as close as I can to a 3:1:0.5 Carb/Protein/Fat ratio. On my workout days I'm consuming about 3000 calories (including the protein shake I am drinking immediately following workouts). Tonight I worked out, and weighed myself after eating better the last 5 days, and wholla, the 126 lb. barrier is broken, as I'm weighing in at 129. I havent weighed this much in 6 or 7 years! I know, the whopping 129 pounds, like I said before if anyone wants to give me some of their pounds, be my guest! So hard for me to gain weight, always has been. Hope to hit 130 this month, my goal is still 150 by July 1 of 2013.

                    * [Monday] I havent had much increase in BPXL the last 2-3 weeks, I'm going to take a guess and guess that my newbie gains are over. I've been around 7 13/16" / 7 7/8" for that long now. Previously it was increasing by an 1/8" every week or so. Damn! We shall see though on Nov 1st. But I'm prepared for the slow gains, I'm in for the long haul. 8" should make my ex's mouth drop and I won't stop til I get there. Yes I still love her but damn do I hate her.

                    * [Wednesday] So I havent measured my body fat in nearly 3 months of trying to eat more. Ouch. Went from 10% body fat to over 13%. Time to cut back on the calories. I want the weight, but not fat weight. Going to target 1750-2000 calories on off-workout days, 2500-2750 on workout days, with 1000 of that being protein shake. Want to get down under 10% body fat but keep putting on the pounds.

                      * [Tuesday] Yesterday I though maybe my strecthed length edged over 7 7/8", but it was close. Today, I definitely measured over that, just short of 8", at about 7 15/16". Thats the first marked stretched length increase in almost 4 weeks I think. I believe for sure newbie gains are over. I hope to at least gain 1/8" this month!! So depressed that it probably wont be abother 3/8" gain month again. I can tell, the first few months it looked bigger. This month, I am not noticing the difference. We will see. 15 days til the next measurement...

                        * [Tuesday] When strapping on the extender the last few days it seems like I am able to strap it down a tiny bit further down from my glans than what I'm used to the last several weeks. Im excited now that this might indicate I did indeed gain a little size this month. I love this shit.

                        * [Tuesday] Took 3 days off from working out as the last workout I just didnt quite have the energy that I am used to. Wow what a good move, my workout tonight was probably the best I ever had. Going to take more 2-3 day rest periods between 3 or 4 workouts every other day going forward.

                            Great log man. Your gains are impressive. PE does seem to boost your confidence. There is something about walking around with a heavier and longer penis that boost your inner confidence. You gotta love it.
