im back... and its been a while... i took a break from pe for about 6 months to concentrate on my workouts, proud to say I'm up to 133 lbs now, its slow progression, but in the end i will get to my goal of 168. I'm back to PE again in the last month, i strap in to my extender on the drive to and from work giving me about an hour and a half of time each day, 5 days a week. time to add another inch!!!

p.s. in my 6 months off, I did lose about 1/4", so I am a bit shy of 8" again but I expect to gain that back in the first month or two.
