    Good post, RH. Interesting concept about switching it up on your wang to keep it growing. That's like the P90X workout idea: keep your muscles guessing. PEsuccessGuy likes staying with whatever is working until it is no longer working. Your suggestion follows from his.

    Yes, going from 3 1/2 to 7 would indeed be something extraordinary, but I already laid out how I think setting a goal, and not being aggressive in pe, would be a mental trainwreck. If you set a goal, by the time you reach it, 9 times out of 10 you're gonna keep on going anyhow. Why not just eliminate the middleman and not set a goal in the first place?

    By the way, your penis becomes more resistant to the same exercises. In your case, your penis will eventually stop growing because it's used to the jelqs. You may need to move up to other exercises that will make you gain easily...If you need help on choosing a new exercise to perform with your jelqs, I can definitely help you with that. Just ask
    Interesting deduction Radiohead. I might opt for a girth exercise if anything, but I plan on just jelqing throughout the summer if I don't gain anything else.

    Excellent workout today, but my EQ has been pretty bad as of late, I have an inkling that I have been over-working my penis. Maybe 6 days is too much? Should I take another day off and see how it goes?

    Absolutely take 2-3 days off. When was the last time you had a good 2 week deconditioning break? Maybe its time you take 2 weeks off from any penile activity. You will either 1) Gain or 2) You wont gain, but your penis will be well rested.

    If your EQ is crappy, it may mean that it's time for some girth exercises. Girth exercises work the smooth muscle within your penis. You wanna switch up between stretching (tunica exercises) and girth exercises (smooth muscle).

    Also, do you kegel? Kegels will improve your EQ. Do them nice and slow. Feel the burn

    But yeah once again, if youre not willing to take 2 weeks off, at least consider one week. One week will do you some good. I promiss, I'm speaking from experience

    Hello FirstTimer. I could easily say it's a hell of alot easier on the hands using a device to jelq, otherwise, I think it is basically the same. Just like stretching, I got really bored doing the beginner's routine. Maybe I could get used to a device for that, but I'm addicted to jelqing. Maybe it's because recently I have been watching alot of porn while I jelq. Being on this break from pe is really building up the enthusiasm!

    Well I gave in to my urges and jelqed this morning. I strongly feel that the 8 day de-conditioning break I had did my penis some good. I think my dick was harder then its been in quite a while. Really great workout. It might be in my head, but I think it looks bigger already, especially in the flaccid state. But I will try to not measure until the end of the summer, hoping to see good results.

    Just thought I'd check in and brief everyone. Lately, I really haven't quite been in the mood to do a lot of p.e, so I've decide to give my penis quite alot of rest time and only jelq every other day. I think it's been working out pretty well. Not alot of motivation, seeing I already gained 2 1/2 inches. O well, we'll see how it goes, and as I said, I'm not going to measure until the first of September.
