  • My Progress Log!!

    So I have finally gotten around to starting a progress log. Feeling great so far with three good sessions under my belt! After months of research and reading through the forums on this site(great job out there senior members for quality posts) I have a restructured beginner routine based off of my years of weightlifting and reading articles such as this -
    The Penis is a Muscle!

    Also, like weightlifting you must know your limits (safety first) and my routine is toned down a bit from most starting routines and instead uses a very progressive week to week workout. Will be posting often as possible and will work on typing up my routine when I get a little more time.

    Excited for gains of any amount and my start stats are nothing much, in fact, I believe my length may be on the lower end of average But then again I do measure NBPEL so that makes a little difference.

    NBPEL - 5 1/4"
    MEG - 4 1/4"
    FL - 2 15/16"
    FG - 3 11/16"

    Congrats on starting a log!

    Now we can follow your PE adventure and perhaps give you some more tips/advice. I see you're serious about PE, you have the right attitude. Gains will come! Be consistent and enjoy your log!

      Excited for a good workout tomorrow, my 2 off days have been great, good morning and night wood along with good flaccid compared to usual. Also, note to self, going to try and keep from getting into that mindset of measuring all the time. Just let the gains come focus hard and and then see how close you are to that first goal.

      On that note, excited to finally post my first PE goal - Jan. 2 2013 (<25th B-Day BTW) NBPEL - 5 3/4" MEG - 4 1/2 with a flaccid of at least 4x4. I know these should be achievable maybe even surpassed within the beginning phases of PE. And while they may seem minimal I would be thrilled to hit them, my years of weightlifting have taught me one thing - it does not take much of a gain sometimes to completely change the way you feel.

        So 2012 was a bust, I had some family issues come up that took priority over pretty much everything. However, 2013 is totally different story and is going to be a full year of pe, very excited. First couple of weeks this year was just basic stretches but this week has been the full jp90 program. I am going to measure again on the 1st of Feb. mainly because its been a year since the above measurements so I figure a month under my belt and then re-measure.

          So I am back to logging, I have been doing PE semi regularly. I need to start logging though because it will help me become more consistent.

          I have gained since my last post but I'm not ready to measure just yet. I worked out tonight and it felt like a productive session although I still have trouble with V-jelqs. I did use porn though and that is something I would like to break. It's not a problem really, but then again it is. Afterward I tried to edge a little and ended up blowing my load. The culprit here is overstimulation, so it needs to end. I have two more days on then rest so I'm going to try to not use any visuals. We shall see....

          As for measurements I want to take them at the end of October, shooting for 6" NPBEL, 4.5" MEG.

            So today is my off day. Flaccid hang is great atm and my workouts have been feeling really good. I also wanted note my switch in lube just in case anyone is looking to switch.I used to use ky products but decided to switch to the oil I use to gives massages to the gf with. All natural grapeseed oil, it can be found at most grocery stores. Not quite as slick but I like a little pull since I'm wanting length more than girth. Also it does not dry out or get sticky. I made change early in the year but wasn't posting at the time.

            Gonna post more on my routine later tonight if I get the time.

              Been a long time since i posted anything here. I thought about this site the other day and decided to get back on and share. I'm still at it, I stretch as much as possible with my extender and pump 6 days a week. Gonna post some new measurements so her goes:


              NBPEL- Last update-5 1/4, Now-5 3/4
              MEG- Last update-4 1/4, Now-4 7/8
              Flaccid length- Last update-2 15/16, Now-4
              Flaccid girth- Last update-3 11/16, Now-4 1/2
              New Measurement!!! - Extender length- Now-6 5/8(Measured from base of bar to the tip of my penis no pressing or anything)

              All told I wish a had a bit more length, but the again this is non pressed length so I can take that pressed i should get 6 or more. the girth is what i wanted most and with a little I could get over 5 easy so super happy about that I do all measurement with a metal crafting ruler or my tailor tape just so you know. Also putting a new measurement in here. I wish i had in the beginning I know my stretch length is substantially longer, I've moved up two sets of bars. Now I track it and see how it effects NBPEL since that is my focus now.

                Just posting what my new routine is. This is done 5 days a week, never all in a row. Will re-measure in one month.

                1. Warmup in bath
                2. Put stretcher on with as much tension as I can(no pain or discomfort) for 15 minutes
                3. 5 Minute pump with bathmate mid to high pressure(flaccid - 50% erection no more)
                4. Repeat step 2
                5. Repeat step 3
                6. Repeat step 2
                7. Repeat step 3
                8. Repeat step 2
                9. At this point I've hit 15 minutes in the tube. I'll stroke a little to see if I can maintain an erection above maybe 85% or so. If I can I do another session of 5 minutes with the erection.
