    So if your peak was in 2018, do you mean you have been stretching since 2015 consistently like you were doing in 2012-2014?
    I am really curious because I always thought stretching so hard so often would create a "permanent" plateau..
    How effective do you think stretching for long periods of time is? as opposed to what you're doing.

    Yes it was pretty consistent from 2016 to 2018 but with lower volume than in the first phase. And I'm sure I could still easily gain more BPFSL but I have to fix my sensitivity/CS issues first.

    Turns out it doesn't if you do it right. I think the key to avoiding the toughening that keeps you from gaining at some point is to keep your IC muscle relatively weak so it doesn't have a strong "grip" on the tunica at the base if it makes sense. That grip getting even weaker is probably the cause for the low EQ that immediately follows a BPFSL gain.

    How effective do you think stretching for long periods of time is? as opposed to what you're doing.
    I think that keeping it under low tension for long durations after the hard stretching makes sense, but the tunica deformation must happen in the first place. Long time/low tension may work on the lig but I don't think tunica stretching can happen that way, not for me anyway.
