3 times a week but I do 20 min heavy warm up for my Krav Maga classes another 3 times, so that might be considered cardio as well.
Thank you. Currently I'm smooth sailing, but will check it out when I get to a stand still.

I was at my Body Fat measuring today and I measured at 9.4% Body Fat with 82.7 kg. That means that I lost 3.7% and gained some muscle. Might not be so accurate since it says I gained some muscle but 3.7% difference should be roughly correct since it's the same machine (and based on visual assessment).
Regardless of the measurements, I think I'm around 11% at this moment with 12% mid section. Should be at my 8% goal in around a month or month and a half tops, since I expect some decline in how quick I can lose BF when I reach single digits.Into 19th Month

Hey guys, thanks for your kind words.
Yesterday I started my routines again, I will be doing the following:
1) Mild version of my exercises (~15 minutes)
2) Will start using bathmate for the first time (15 minutes I guess, still not sure)
3) Get my body fat to around 8% and get rid of my fat pad. I'm not cutting because of this specifically, but it's an added bonus.
4) Weighted Kegels every other day
5) Reversed Kegels on the days when I'm not doing regular ones
6) Vitamin B tablets each day
I will be doing this for around 4 months. I should definitely get some length at least from removing my fat pad, but I hope the other things will add some more to it. Even if other things doesn't work, removing 1" fat pad would be good enough for me.
EDIT: Actually, I said my goal would be 8"x5.7" BPEL which could translate to 7"x5.7" NBPEL. If I remove my fat pad, I'm already there length wise. Let's see if I can get any girth with this thing.Last edited by Nachos87; 04-02-2013 at 05:42 PM.

I have never been this low in BF so this is new to me, and I never heard anyone mentioning it. When you're very low in BF, bring a pillow with you if you are planning to sit on hard surfaces, since your natural pillow is almost gone. It hurts as hell lol
Also, vascularity is much more prominent now. Not sure if good or bad looking.
EDIT: Reduction in chest strengths today concerned me a bit, but I suppose it's because I did convict conditioning push ups last night... hopefully it's because of that. On other exercises strength is still same or better.Last edited by Nachos87; 04-04-2013 at 07:31 PM.

I decided to celebrate getting to 8% BF with a nipple piercing (I'm fucked on Krav Maga).
Also, When I surpass my goal of 8"x5.7" I'll make a video of me doing my routine so everything is explained thoroughly, with the things like demonstration of how hard my grip is etc. I'm getting my glasses camera so it'll be a peace of cake.Into 19th Month

I was thinking about this and to tell you the truth, after these 4 months are over, these would be my expectations (1. being most wanted):
(1) +0.4" BPEL, +1.2" NBPEL (due to removing fat pad), +0.15" EG (or more)
(2) to gain absolutely nothing
(3) +0.3" BPEL, +0.10" EG (or less)
Frankly, I'd rather gain nothing then gain under (3), because the other two give me a clear decision: if (1) happens I'll continue, if (2) happens I'll stop wasting my time. I'll give it my best in these 4 months but I don't know what shall I do if (3) happens. I'm not so hot about enlarging my dong anymore, so would it be worth my time? That I do not know.Into 19th Month
