    You probably need a long break like 6 months. So gaining stamina is gonna help you and probably that resurgence will happen.

    Maybe. I might do one last effort for 8x6 or so but I don't see any point in going further then that.

    Today is my first day of reengaging in my Stamina exercises. My goal would mainly be to minimize recovery time, and the side goal would be to last as long as I wish.

    This time I'll go much slower and gradual, to spread it in the next 3 months (at least excluding advanced stuff).

    Heh nachos, I didn't read all your posts in the thread but what's the reason for the different order of exercises? Is it because of the TGC theory or is it something else?

    Hi guys. I've been doing exercises for the past two years vigorously and now I'm up to 9.2x7.2.

    Jk.. I was a lazy mother fucker.

    I was absent for a while after having a realization. I was with quite a few girls in the past years and the pattern started emerging. Dick size doesn't matter that much. It does help until a certain point after which it becomes a nuisance.

    Recently I met this 25 yo girl whose ex had a 'monster' and she described it as the worst period of her life. She was in pain. My 7.2x5.4 was 'decent', as she's put it, and two weeks ago I gave her first penetration caused orgasm she has ever had. On our second intercourse. Of course that felt great but it made me wonder how that happened so soon. I believe she did it by herself by being so horny and in the moment, and that penis caused stimulation had about 20% to do with it. She wouldn't have done it if I hadn't rubbed her nipple or tightly grabbed her neck or teased her for an hour before that... There was so many things that played part in her mental situation to make it happen.. and the penis size was just a small part to the equation.

    I told her I was doing penis size exercises in the past and she asked me not to do them anymore because more would hurt.. so what's the point really? Could have stopped at 6x5 and it would be the same.

    Well, enough with the blabbering.

    Problem which I'm having currently is that I last just about couple of minutes. Without a spray at least, with which I can go about 30 min to an hour. That spray is great and all but I want to get rid of it. Also, I'm having troubles with erections and recovery period. Erections are at most 90% but improving from before. I think I got that problem after my insomnia started which caused constant exhaustion. Also, I couldn't get a new erection for about 2 hours after first ejaculation.

    I am doing kegels and reverse kegels for the past 2 months and I can last for about 5 minutes if I think about Donald Trump the whole time. Erections are better and can recover after about an hour, which is a great start.
    Now I'm getting back to my prejac eliminating routine and will be adding some jelqs and creams in order to get some circulation going.. it ought to help.

    Tomorrow, I'll post the plan which I'll start doing from the next week.

    hey man, great success and congrats with your results. You are a monster youself and very dedicated it looks like

    Did you ever consider extender routine, or did you always use manual hand exercises?

    I was thinking about restarting PE after a break but I'm not sure where to begin. I think I do have some old exercises printed in a booklet, but I would have to search them out and re-acquaint myself with pe exercises.

    you are near 8 inches and 6 thick?why you had erection problems?
