Cheers. Make one for yourself, no problem.
Finally decided to measure again: 6.81" (+0.16" in Nov)
Must say I did a half arsed job in the first week, when I paused for 4 days in a row. Will try to up the tempo to the old rhythm in the rest of the month.
Did another 550g weighted Kegel. Will be increasing the weight to 575g next week.
New pics probably incoming around 15th.
EDIT: I actually feel like my new girth exercises are doing it's thing already. Fingers crossed.Last edited by Nachos87; 11-11-2012 at 07:14 PM.

Yeah, I lost 0.15" in length in that period. That's why my progress between month 4 and 5 of PE-ing isn't so great.
I kind of lose interest just like that. Doing good, doing good, and then "Why am I doing this again?". Hopefully I will keep going, at least until 8"x5.7". Then after that I consider any gains luxury.Into 19th Month

Would you say this is a beginner routine?
I also took few years off from PE from seeing now gains at all and am trying to get back into it. My starting figures are very similar to yours.

I'm not sure what you mean. Did the routine for 4 months, paused for 2 years and currently doing it for 2.5 months.
Erect Pressure Squeezes are advanced workout, although I did it the wrong way so it was basically a beginner friendly.
75% erection jelqs might be too intense for the beginners but I did them from the start, not knowing of the possible consequesnces. Never had the slightest injury, not a bruise, but I might be the lucky one. I think I found just the right pressure for the grip, this might influence my gains immensly. I'm a pretty buff guy so I'm not really going easy on my member, maybe it got conditioned pretty quickly.
Sure will!Into 19th Month
