    Hi everyone!
    I am gonna start my first attempt ever to increase size of my dick and improve my sex life.
    I have known about PE and jelq for about 4 years, but never managed to start actually doing something.
    Another issue is mediocre EQ and that i can't last long in bed.

    My current stats
    Flaccid length 3.5"
    Flaccid girth 3.5"

    Bone pressed erected length 5.9"
    Erected girth 5"

    GOALS
    BPEL 7.5"
    EG 6.0"

    I plan to do my first pe session today, probably gonna try JP's 90-day routine.

    better late than never
    today i had my first ever jelq session

    warmed up for about 5min with wet cloth, and jelqed for 15min at about 75% erection level
    penis feel a little sore, it is normal i suppose

    i plan to do only jelq exercise for few months, my primary goal is girth gain

      I would take it slow 2 days on and 1 off then work your way up, welcome to PE.
      Gonna make it WIDER (Thats an attention getter!)

        Are you sure your flaccid girth is 1.2 inches?

          i have question for kegels - is it better to do multiple 5min sessions thorough day or one intense 20min session?

            i am warming up for only 5min
            jelq for 10-15min

            is there a way to know my jelq is correct? i try to replicate what i saw in some videos, but how do i know for sure?

              It takes time, but you get the hang of it. It is a feeling of pushing blood up the shaft so the top of the shaft and the glands swell up nicely. You can feel the pressure inside your penis. Back in the day it took me a while to get into the groove, but now it's second nature.
              (Late 1999): 6" BPEL x 5.25" MSEG
              (Early 2001): 7" BPEL x 5.75"MSEG (mostly Hanging/Jelqing)
              Aug 16th 2015: 7.375" BPEL x 6" MSEG
              Goal: I have retired from PE - So my goal is just maintaining.

                finished 3rd session
                this time glans swell up real good, very many small red dots remained after session, but seem to be healed after 5 hours

                  had another session today
                  it felt kinda weird (penis didnt cooperate as good), because i had jelqued 24hrs earlier
                  maybe 1 day on 1 day off is best for me

                  it is surprising, but i find jelq very addicting, even though there is no sexual pleasure
                  shame i didn't start doing it year ago

                    measured yesterday, so far no erect gains (started 2 weeks ago)
                    flaccid hang seems bigger and thicker, gonna measure several times tomorrow, when i am least horny

                    now im gonna try switching to 2 ON, 1 OFF days routine

                      nope, 2 days ON 1 OFF wont work, penis just does not feel right next day after jelq

                      i think i improved my jelq technique, now i hold hand near glans few seconds longer after finishing jelq
                      previously i grabbed bottom of my penis instantly when other hand reached glans

                      is this more correct technique?

                        The instructional video is way too fast in my opinion than what a normal jelq should be. One complete jelq (right hand then left hand) should take 3-4 seconds. You should be able to feel the blood being pushed towards the top of the penis and your penis should feel thicker during the jelq.
                        Start
                        BPEL: 6.7
                        MSG: 4.5

                        Now
                        BPEL: 7.7 (+1!)
                        MSG: 5.1 (+.6!)

                          Tried to do full session with correct technique and 2x longer warmup with hot water.
                          Difference is quite noticable, i feel head expand more than before, and now also i feel expansion in whole middle till upper part of penis
                          After session penis was bigger and thicker than previously after jelq.
                          It just felt right this time!

                            will measure length tomorrow to confirm gains
                            i am disappointed there is no erected girth gains, not even placebo

                              erected girth gains will take the longest time...consider yourself lucky if you get a gain of .5" by the time you finish JP90.
