    nope, 2 days ON 1 OFF wont work, penis just does not feel right next day after jelq

    i think i improved my jelq technique, now i hold hand near glans few seconds longer after finishing jelq
    previously i grabbed bottom of my penis instantly when other hand reached glans

    is this more correct technique?

    The instructional video is way too fast in my opinion than what a normal jelq should be. One complete jelq (right hand then left hand) should take 3-4 seconds. You should be able to feel the blood being pushed towards the top of the penis and your penis should feel thicker during the jelq.

    Tried to do full session with correct technique and 2x longer warmup with hot water.
    Difference is quite noticable, i feel head expand more than before, and now also i feel expansion in whole middle till upper part of penis
    After session penis was bigger and thicker than previously after jelq.
    It just felt right this time!

    BPEL:6.1 (+0.2)
    EG:5.0

    FL:3.75
    (+0.25)
    FG:3.75
    (+0.25)

    will measure length tomorrow to confirm gains
    i am disappointed there is no erected girth gains, not even placebo

    erected girth gains will take the longest time...consider yourself lucky if you get a gain of .5" by the time you finish JP90.

    Measured today, looks like i have some length gains
    BPEL:6.3 (+0.4)

    i've read that dry-jelq is better for girth
    can i dry jelq before wet-jelq in the same workout or is it better to do them on seperate days?

    My advice would be to stick with JP90 through and through. You will see reults.

    doing 2 days off 1 on, because i need a lot of time to recover from training
    measured today at

    BPEL:6.5 (+0.6)
    no girth gains ,maybe because i only jelq?

    length gains seem unbelievable after just 1.5 months
    from now on i will include one girth exercise in my routine, still haven't decided which one is best

    took a week off from PE, restarting now
    measured BPEL 6.3 in three different days, i probably just had better erection in previous measurements

    and again - zero girth gain, i jelq at about 80% EQ

    some time ago wife said my dick looked thinner and that i don't need length, but rather girth only

    didn't train for 9 month because mostly laziness
    recently started watching amateur big dick videos where girls just moan by having dick inside them, with slow movement

    i have not lost my previous gains
    i measure BPEL 6.3 and EG 5.0

    gonna buy Bathmate soon, anyonce can recommend best deal?
