  • My Progress Log - BenelliGuru From the Beginning

    Well today was my first work out and the beginning of my journey. It was the JP90 and went like this:

    15 min Warm Up – Rice Pad

    20 sec count Heli Shakes – 5 rev/sec
    30 sec left stretch and 25 kegels
    Stretch out – 10 big left circles – 10 big right circles

    20 count Heli Shakes – 5 rev/sec
    30 sec right stretch and 25 kegels
    Stretch out – 10 big left circles – 10 big right circles

    20 sec count Heli Shakes – 5 rev/sec
    30 sec straight out stretch and 25 kegels
    Stretch out – 10 big left circles – 10 big right circles

    20 sec count Heli Shakes – 5 rev/sec
    30 sec straight up stretch and 25 kegels
    Stretch out – 10 big left circles – 10 big right circles

    3 Sets:
    50 rep Wet Jelqs – 4 sec reps
    30 “V” Wet Jelqs

    100 quick kegels – 4x20rep – 15 sec rest b/w sets

    10 min Edge w/ a few kegel holds– finished him off

    15 min Warm Down – Rice Pad


    Notes:
    Really hard erection while edging. More than normal
    Rested 2-3 times during jelqs to reduce erection %

    BPEL - 6.75"
    BPFL - 4.125"
    BPFSL-6.75"
    NBPFL - 4"
    EG - 5"
    FG - 4.5"

      Same workout today. Same results.

      Notes:
      - Warm-up/Warm-down are essential
      - slightly fatigued member
      - base was slightly aggravated during v-jelqs but wouldn't call it pain. Will be paying attention to.

          3rd routine went well. Same routine.
          Member is doing fine.
          Visible redness but no pain.

          Notes:
          Warm-down is tough because with member still somewhat oily the hot rice pad burns the skin up.

            4th day routine went well.
            Noticing some improvement in conditioning already.

            I just want to keep PE'ing!

              Still feeling somewhat sore. Decided to take the day off and go '4 on, 2 off' till I note improved conditioning.

                Second day off. Feeling good and will definitely be ready to go tomorrow. Cant wait!

                Certainly feel as though my flaccid size has increased already. (Maybe just improved constant blood flow keeping him at a bigger size?)

                  Hi mate. I'm doing the same routine, just started two weeks ago (but I did another one before).

                  I get the feeling that 5 on 2 off would be too much for me, as I feel fatigued after the second day, so I'm doing 2 on 1 off. I suggest that you could try it, if you feel fatigued in your next cycle.

                  And yeah, my biggest gain so far is flaccid size. It looks amazing already!

                    Hey Zabel, I think I may end up doing that split depending how this week goes. I have lost some EQ, but I think that is normal as I'm just starting off. Just don;t want to be overtraining over here!

                      Just finished my 5th routine after taking 2 days of rest.

                      Felt really good today. Warmed up for 15 this morning and started stretching. Realized it was too early and I kept getting to erect. So i postponed the workout to a few hours later. Warmed up again and completed the routine. My guy feels so much better after a thorough warm up.

                      Didn't edge after this routine. also, changed the way I jelqed. Loosened my grip a tad and slowed. Took me 16min 50sec to complete the 3 sets of wet jelqs and v jelqs.

                      Hope this will prevent over-training.

                      Ended the routine with a warm 5 min shower then a 15min rice pad warm down.

                          workout 6/65 today.

                          Went great. Member feels really good.

                          Edged for 10min after routine cause I was feeling good.

                          Warmed down with 5min shower, then 15 min hot rice pad.

                          Notes:

                          - After completing stretched, I couldn't resist measuring. Measured my BPFSL at 7". It was 6.75" prior to beginning routine. Could have just been really flexed from the stretching. Hoping its improvement though! Already cant wait to take one months measurements in a couple weeks.

                          - Rock hard erection during edging. Certainly felt like an improved EQ. - I was really horny today though. Had trouble keeping complete flaccid during stretching.

                          - Definitely feeling improvement in conditioning as well.

                              Workout 7/65.

                              Went really well. I feel great.

                              During jelqing routine I was much for flaccid for some reason. Decided to take advantage of it and jelq for more length focus during this routine.

                              Edged for 12 minutes.

                              Cooled down with 5 min shower then 15 rice pad
                              NOTE: I like this method better because it is a longer warm down and when I use the rice pad I dont get burnt since I removed the oil in the shower! I hated warming down after being all oily because the oil gets much hotter and was burning my skin. No injuries. Phewww
