    i also try to kegel 10+ times whenever i can think about it through the day, sometimes i try to hold as long as i can

    occasionally i will do some half ass bed fowfers, fire starters, lazy ass stretches, ulis just simply to throw a curve ball at my dick. not actually enough to hurt it any. I DO NOT masturbate so this is on no orgasms unless sexual relations are involved. (cutting back big time) now and then before bed if i find myself erect i half ass edge i guess just to get that start of the feeling then i leave it alone. later i may attempt PONR edging (i do that during sex, it gets you to half or so erection level and sometimes you squirt a bit of cum but shit works at maintaining a erection enough to penetrate and lowering your arousal enough so you wont prematurely ejaculate.

          Not a bad work out only 20% erection or so but it did a little more plumping up than stretching that's good to me, I turtled after the workout which I hate! Ages ago the first time I tried jp90s I was able to maintain 70% or so erection and when I finished my session my dick hung pretty fat. I'm hoping that returns in the near future!

                  I received a great sign tonight i believe it is anyways!

                  So a few hours ago I finished my routine as normal and as I finished what needed to be done for the day one of my lady friends started textin me, we got a little playful and we end up talking dirty.

                    great workout tonight! My first set of jelqs was fairly soft and i had a half hard sometimes during the warmup/stretching. around my 2nd set of jelqs my dick gets extremely hard, im talking 75%+ out of nowhere, i actually got to rock hard and had to stop jelqing! thats definitely a first for me, i had to take a few breaks now and then, it wasnt constant but it still happened in and out and im loving it! even with my cock ring on while i showered instead of my dick hanging flaccid it was semi erect and felt fuller than usual! two good days in a row! i hate to take this day off but they say the rest days are where you grow most so tomorrow i do nothing, lets hope thursdays as good as today was!

                          Past workouts going pretty well, my bath mate came in and I tried it tonight.. I think my curve causes it to not fill as far as it could I only got to 130 or so and 5 mins with 20 Jelqs 3 times didn't seem to do much to my dick, how do I know how much to pump it? On the 3rd set I upped the pump pressure and it felt kind of tightening at the base and my head poked out farther than usual.. Should I be erect or flaccid upon entry?

                            I find it dosnt matter so much, but being at 100% eq in the pump has shown me the highest measurement, a 10cm increase. But I was back down to normal the next day. You should pump 3 to 4 times in the beginning, then again every 5 minutes. I like to do circle stretches while in the tube. I also focus more to the left as I'm curved slight right. I can tell my right ligs are tighter because when I let the pump dead hang it hangs right.

                              Fill water, insert cock, pump 3-4 times, wait 5 minutes, pump 3-4 times, wait 5 minutes, pump 3-4 times, wait 5 minutes, pump 3-4 times, wait 5 minutes, release pressure, Dry off. 20 minutes max in the pump. You can break it up to. 10 and 10 with jelqs inbetween.
