WELL I HAVEN'T BEEN HERE IN AWHILE SO LET ME JUST GIVE YOU MY ROUTINE FOR THE PAST TWO WEEKS. WITH THIS ROUTINE I HAVE NOTICED MY HANG IS BIGGER AN MY ERECTION QUALITY HAS INCREASED ALON WITH THE SIZE. ALSO WHEEN I WAKE UP IN THE MORNING I HAVE CRAZY MORNING WOOD.

But for week 5 & 6 my routine has been: REMEMBER 4 days on 3 off for me

1,000 reverse Kegels each day at 10second holds
30 minutes of jelq with a 10 minute warm up and 20minute cool down

ALSO I HAVE ADDED A COCK RING TO MY JELQ ROUTINE IN HAVE NOTICED AN INCREASE USING THIS. MANY ONTHIS SITE WOULDN'T SUGGEST BUT IM A RISK TAKER. I DO MY 30minute routine with it but only use it for twent minutes of jelq in 10minutes of wearing it after my jelq session so that means the 1st 10minutes of my jelq session is without it.
