First started 10/1/12 at 6.375 BPEL and 4.375 EG. Began with JP90 5 on 2 off. My erection quality before starting 10/10. After first week with no neg PI, I added in light ULI's and edging. 3 week still no neg PI's I added in JAI's and dry jeqls during the day. Week 4 No Neg PI's, so I up the jeql sets by 10. End of week 4 1/2 inch gain!!! Can't believe my eyes, so I measure again and again. Cloud nine. Week 5 start to hang with captains wench 3 set at 3 lbs for 20 min, jeql between sets, and ULI' before hanging, edging for 10 min. Week 6 hanging 4 sets of 3lbs for 20min, jeql inbetween sets only, 15 min edging, more rev kegel controladded bath mate to the end 20 min BM. Cock feels huge so I measure and I'm 7 1/8 and 5 inch in girth, but have some fluid build up.Week 7 hanging 5 sets at 3lbs for 20 min. Jeqls between first 4 sets and ULI before last set. Edging for 15 min. BM 20 min. Week 8 hang for 6 sets 3 BTC and 3 OTS. Jeql between 1-4 sets and ULI between sets 4-6. Edge 15 min BM 20 min.

hey glamissand1, figure I'd stop by and say those are some nice gains! I've had bad fluid retention when using the BM, and doing 'super-sets' with it is the best way to reduce FR and increase the effectiveness. Ex 5-10 BM 5-10 minute jelq repeat. I find this combo alone really blasts your girth while having minimal fluid retention. (eventually you could do DLD's Girthblasters, though these are highly intense and would be careful jumping headfirst)Are you still running 5on 2off?
Start: 5.8x4.7
Now: 6.8x5.2
Shortterm goal: 7.0x5.5
Long term: 8x6!

Yep it seems to be the only way to feel fatigued, as my buddy has always been really hard and long lasting. Ill try your BM routine. Even thou I'm thin in girth I want to make sure I get to my length goal, so I do the girth stuff just to make sure my SM stays up with my hanging gains.

Week 9, 3 sets BTC @6lbs for 20min, 3 sets OTS @6lbs for 20min. So it goes warn up, hang 20 min 60 jeqls 40 v jeqls, hang, 60 jeqls 40 v jeqls, hang, 60 jeqls 40 v jeqls, hang, 3 30 sec ulis, hang, and now 5 min clamping, hang, edge 15 min, BM 20 min.

After reading AOA I will be replacing edging with one 5min clamp set.

Week 10: 6 sets @6lbs for 20 min BTC, after 2 set I had to reduce weight by a lb. 2 clampsets of 5 min. BM 10 min vjeql 10 min BM 10 min.

Week 11: 6 sets @6lbs for 20 min BTC, dry JELQ between sets 1-4, clamping 5 min between sets 4-6, BM 10 min, VJELQ 10 min, BM 10 min. Going to focus hard on ligs till end of the year. Then going to do Straight Out. Also doing slow rotations with BM on, really can feel the lig stretch, and even more so on right side( slight right curve). This may be why i havent been able to up weight on hang sets.

Hey Glam; great stuff, your story is incredibly motivating to me. I'm getting back into PE after a ~7 month break, and I want to make it up to hanging this time around (I only did JP90's routine with some added exercises last time). I'll build up my penile strength first, but when I do make it to hanging, I was wondering if you could let me know what device you personally use to hang? Thanks!
