  • My Journey!

    I took some measurements tonight and they are:
    - NBPEL: 5.75in
    - BPEL: 6.125in
    - Girth: Beneath Head: 4in, Mid-shaft: 4.125in, Base: 4.75in (4.3in AVG)
    - Flaccid length was longer than usual tonight at 3.5in (usually 2.75in-3.25in)

    My main goal for, hopefully newbie gains in the next month, is 6in NBPEL x 4.5in AVG EG

    I will post my workouts in this thread as well, so i might as well start with todays! (Im alternating length and girth days for a month and will track my progress)

    12/26/12
    - Warmup for ~7min in shower
    - Left Right Stretches: 10,10,25,25,50,50 (ive seen somewhere of people doing 1000 per session, but ill just work my way up there)
    - Warmdown for ~5min in shower
    - Bed Fowfers
    5'9" 160lbs @ ~ 11.5BF%

    Start: 5.5"NBPEL 4.3"EG 2.75"FL (8/21/12)
    Now: 6.125"NBPEL 4.45"EG 3.85"FL (8/17/13)
    Short Term Goal: 6.5"NBPEL 4.75"EG 4"FL (Hopefully by 08/13)

    I decided that i am going to do Length two days in a row followed by a day of Girth exercises, because at this moment im more concerned with gaining length. Also i read some where on these forums it is easier to add length before adding girth.

    - Warmup: Bed Fowfers for 5 min each side (10min)
    - Basic stretching: left, right, up, down, out each held for 20 secs and 10 secs of helicopter shakes in between
    - Left Right Stretches: 25,25,50,50,50,50
    - Lazy Ass Stretches: 15min
    - Warmdown: Bed Fowfers for 7 min each side (14min)

    This workout felt great! Either January 5th or 6th, which is 8-9 days away, ill take measurements again just to see if ive gained any! And although i probably wont, since its only been 10 solid days pe'ing, see any ill still stick with it and take measurements again at the 3wk and month mark!

      Well guys i have a new goal for few months, after finding out my gf's ex was half columbian... Hahah but i looked up some stats from over there and my new goal, hopefully with the help of some newbie gains, is:

      - 6.5in NBPEL
      - 6.9in-7.1in BPEL
      - AVG 5.25 EG

      Seen as though this is only about a 1" x 1" goal, i believe it is very possible. I already exercise very often and eat a fairly decent diet, but i will cut back masturbating and religiously stick with PE'ing. She is gonna be quite surprised once she gets her hands on it then

        Nice realistic goals, but fuck your exes ex, and what does nationality have to do with size? Nothing, I don't think a legitimate size study exists solely in columbia anyway and even if, that doesn't mean jack.. Ignorance is bliss, reality won't change anything except the way you perceive it, but good luck with your goals 1x1 is def possible
        I have no problem being with just one woman, but I can't not eat all the donuts.

        Next stop: 7.5" x 5.4"

          Today is girth day! If you guys have any suggestions on what i should add to this or tweak, please let me know!

          - Bed fowfers ~10min
          - Basic stretching
          - Flaccid bends - 4 reps im each direction: up, down, left, right
          - wet jelqs - 50,50,50
          - v jelqs - 30,30,30
          - bed fowfers ~ 10min

          * 3g arginine and 1.5g ornithine before bed
          5'9" 160lbs @ ~ 11.5BF%

          Now: 6.125"NBPEL 4.45"EG 3.85"FL (8/17/13)

              No problem man, I'm keeping track of my BF as well I am 5'10" 160lb 5-8% BF

              Just keep at it man, my first 3 months doing PE I gained nothing and I got all depressed thinking I couldn't gain. That isnt the case! Anyone can gain, we ALL have the same DNA, even if our genomes are a tiny bit different the human body always adapts to its outside forces, mentally and physically, you just need to stay consistent

                Rest day but still did some LAS..

                *3.5g Arginine and 1.75g Ornithine before bed

                  Slowly building up the number of LR stretches i do with each workout (An 8% increase in # of reps today compared to last length day)

                      New Years Resolution: Achieve 7" NBPEL x 6" EG !!! Only a 1.125" x 1.7" Gains = POSSIBLE!!!

                        Yes, Definitely.. Very realistic target...Your early gains will take you almost there... By the end of Jan probably you will be around 7" in length.... Not sure about girth....
