I started viewing this website back in early Oct 2012 and decided I needed to retry PE. I first heard of Kegeling, stretching, and jelqing back in 2000 but there was no website like this supporting those who perform PE. I tried some of the kegeling back in 2000 and did see some results but no belief that there would be the possibility of permanent large gains.
Coming out of a finalizing a divorce, I've been getting back in shape trying for the six pack again and preparing to date. My starting stats are given below
Oct 09, 2012
EL = 6"
BPEL = 6.25"
MEG = 4.75"
BEG = 5.0"
As of today, Jan 4, 2012 - I measured
EL = 6.3
BPEL = 6.9" - Almost 7- that's my short-term goal
MEG = 4.85"
BEG = 5.15"
I started the JP90 routine on Oct 9th but could not keep Pos PI's past 2-3 days. I altered the routine in many ways but the stretches and jelqs were based upon the JP90 program. I went down to 2 days on and 1 day off then back to 5 days on and 2 days off. I based it upon the PI's. After a month, I started to explore more advanced exercised like Ulis and double Uli's and ended up injuring myself. I would recommended following the veteran's advice on conditioning the penis before heading into advanced exercises. If you perform advanced exercise take it slow.
I did start pumping on Dec 18 after reading BigO progress forum. I did start slow with the pumping with low pressure 3-5 psi and will continue low pressure pumping with longer 20 minutes sets with 5-10 min breaks. I'm up to 20 minute sets and 5-10 minute breaks within a Fleshlight edging. The Fleshlight provides a light massage and helps to edge very well.
I do believe edging has assisted in the gains and 90% of the time, I use the Fleshlight to edge. It's easier on the penis than masturbation. I can edged for an hour with the Fleshlight and it is easier to recover the next day.
It is my opinion that the gains are predominantly "beginner gains" as I was not in penis shape as I've had very little sex after separation and divorce over the last couple of years. Also, alot of stress in life coming out of combat tours, realigning myself back into my civilian career, and reoccurring prostrate infections two years ago. With PE, I've had the strongest erections in my life and I'm 40. Erections that will last and the firmness of 9-10. There are times at night, I get erections and I'm amazed with the size of Mr. Woody.
Thanks to all the PE veterans on the site, especially BigO progress forum. I think the pumping has added an approximate .15" just in the last month. I was sitting at 6.75" BPEL before pumping. During pumping this last month, I would feel a good stretch performing a squat with the pump on and kegeling. The stretch feels great. When I started to pump, I did have some edema or fluid buildup at the glans after pumping but it went away with a night's sleep.
I do have a sensitive area just below the glans on the left side. The sensitive area was from the injury a month into PE stretching to high on the glans and using the Uli's with too much force. I have to be careful not to reinjure this area. Part of monitoring the PI's and being honest with myself. PE is so much fun, it's hard to stop, especially when you see gains.
Overal, I'm very pleased with PE and has help my self confidence. Women have been augmenting their bodies for decades and it's time for men to augment naturally our favorite member. Thanks again for the PE vets and moderators who support this website. PE has help my self confidence tremendously.

Congrats on the gains. I am similar to you, recently divorced and trying to better myself. Even have similar start stats. Good for you and good luck to you! Go for it! Check out my log I am going for it too lol !! :-)

Its been about four months of PE so far.
I've been pumping for a month now with either 4 or 5 days on and 2-3 days rest. Typically 2-3 sets of pumping to 10-15 minutes at first and now I'm up to 30 minutes per session. I jelq for about 10 minutes after warmup and then 50 jelqs in between pumping sets. Now, that my unit is conditioned, I have very little or any edema at the end of the session unless I go for a third set. I still do JP90 stretching and typically that's only for 10 minutes.
Presently, I'm at
EL = 6.5
BPEL = 6.9" - Seem to be stuck here but I'm more focused on girth right now. Just 10 minutes of JP90 stretching routine.
MEG = 5.0"
BEG = 5.25"
I started clamping after pumping sessions over the last two days. I just did two 10 minute clamping sets and I was surprised how big the little guy when I clamped. I was over 5.5 near the base but that's was taken during PE. I've been very careful with pumping staying below 5 hg, typically 3-4 hgs as recommended by members of this site. I have not suffered any injuries with pumping, in fact it's super enjoyable. I look forward to it when I get from work, completely relaxing and just enough excitement that it is addicting. I still have a sensitive area on the left side of glans which I think was from overdoing it the first months with double Ulis and strectching to hard. It's help me to be careful with not pushing it during pumping sessions.
It seems that after 2-3 days off, the little guy looks enormous at times. I have taken the advice of others on this website taking the rest days, which seems to be helping with girth results.
I'm busy most of the time but will start posting daily on the site for the benefit of others if indeed I reach 5.5 MEG this year.
Short term goal - 7 x 5.25
Long Term goal - 8 x 6.2 and beyond...

Hi, and congrats on your progress. BigO's log has also played a big part in me trying PE. He's yery methodical and gives much detail. It made me want to try pumping after my first 90 days, but I'm not there yet.

Feb 6 - Rest

Now that I have obtained some girth gains, I want start back with a length focus workout. I'm leaning towards hanging and buidling a CPT wench today. I've been stuck around 6.8-6.9 for awhile and I need to restart the length focus. After reading the articles on PE and this website, I will focus on getting lengths gains first and then come back to the girth work.
