    After dabbling for about a year in PE without any consistent workout (my most consistent was a month in which I swore I gained 0.375"), I have started my PE journey on today the 7th January. It would be at least 2 weeks before I restart the gym as well but I was so excited about PE I couldn't wait to start both at the same time. I decided to use PSEG's workout which had quite an inspiration story behind it and here was the workout:

    Day 1:
    10 minutes Warm-up using hot compress
    60 Kegels
    7 minutes Basic Stretching
    60 Kegels
    10 minutes Wet Jelq
    10 minutes Edging

    My penis feels fine but a bit exhausted and tomorrow I will start day 2. I am starting at 5.375" in erect length and 5" erect girth. Hopefully this is the start of a prosperous new year

    No I did not give up rather I didn't make time to post for the past few days and I feel like quite an idiot since the workout I was using was from PESG not PSEG. My apologies for not double-checking and forgetting! On 8/01/2013 I continued the same routine as the previous day with the exception that my edging session was 20 minutes however I hardly felt the urge within that time, maybe I was doing it wrong. I even resorted to porn to try to become stimulated. I had harder erections but little urge during that time. The following day was the prescribed rest day and it felt funny to take a rest. I was itching to exercise, however rest is equally important so I did not.

      Today I continued the routine as prescribed. Felt good and I'm continuing to stay positive. It's only been 4 days and I already feel like measuring but I'll hold off. My edging session was different this time around. Again I wasn't feeling the urge manually so I loaded up porn to help me and this time after 15 minutes I accidentally ejaculated. Taught I had it under control but I guess not. I'll have to work on that. I increased Kegels to 65 so my routine looked like this:
      Day 4:

      65 Kegels
      7 minutes Basic Stretching
      65 Kegels
      10 minutes Wet Jelq
      15 minutes Edging

        ahh so making a return, here I am. In continuation to the last post, I did PE on day 5 as I was supposed to in keeping with my 2 days on, 1 day off routine. However this time it turned to 3 days off due to a mini vacation and it was extremely difficult to get alone time to perform the exercises. However routine began again today 15/01/2013. I felt slightly discouraged this morning since I measured myself. Yes, only 4 days and I'm measuring and I know I should not but lack of results had hit me a psychological blow. I rallied myself to continue saying no more measuring until the 07/02/2013, which would mark my 1 month anniversary of PE'ing. Hopefully results come then! So my routine today was as before except I did about 25 minutes of edging. I had to use porn on the 20 minute mark to reach the PONR and challenge myself to keep it down. Tomorrow I will continue my journey to a bigger penis

          Just finished the workout. It's been 6 sessions I had thus far and tomorrow is my off-day. I noticed some slightly positive signs. My flaccid length has been longer than usual for extended periods which must be something I'm doing right. Everyday I am more impatient for results but I'll keep at it. My overall erections are harder and my penis looks more vascular, now just to start my training on the rest of my body so they would match. I continued the same workout as before however, warming-up was increased to 13-15 minutes. I won't incorporate different stretches as yet though I am thinking about it. Well this blog/ thread is supposed to keep me committed and thus far it is. So until the next workout!
