Yeah, I don't drink/eat dairy as I'm lactose-intolerant. I also try to avoid red meat when possible. I just use lactose-free 1% milk in my morning coffee because it froths nice. Sometimes I ditch it altogether and just have my coffee black. Never any cream or sugar.
I have to look for the card that the RN gave to me but she said there was nothing to worry about besides stress.
On another note, boners have been great these past few days with 0 external stimulation besides my hand. Urges to watch porn are increasing as I try to find a suitable alternative. So far, erotic stories and audio voiceovers don't do it for me.
When I get really nice and hard, I've consistently been at 7.25" BPEL! I've been doing more kegels but I also need to look into reverse kegels to have a balanced pelvic floor. Wish me luck!You earn your own success!

Wow, my last post was 2 weeks ago?! Where is the time going?
Well, I feel like I failed my AP challenge. I went on my favourite pornstar's Twitter to see some X-rated pictures. At first, I was just looking at her in bikinis and that's what my goal was in searching it but I saw some porn pics/GIFS. I didn't jerk off to it though so it's not a total loss. It has been constantly going through my head though. I am thinking of blocking the Twitter page on my phone and laptop to make it that much harder for me to access. Thoughts?
On another note, had great sex on the weekend (ready to go after cumming 10 mins earlier). Took Sunday as a rest day. Great flaccid hang today and good EQ...nice positive PIs! Having major withdrawals this week. Is there any way to fully block a website or porn from your search? The Blocksite app works but I can see the thumbnails in Google Images.

I have now fully blocked porn on my laptop and phone. Still having withdrawals but getting better. I think the big killer is time spent on my phone. The more I'm occupied and away from my phone, the less I think about and crave porn.
I ordered myself a Stealth Innerwear and Corkscrew, will probably try them this week.
I had built up a nice week's load. I'm generally a shooter after 3 days so I exoected a huge cumshot. I was pretty disappointed. I'm learning to not be so hard on myself through mindfulness.

Well, here I am again. December was rough for me. After 2-3 months of being porn-free, my extreme stress in December led me to go back to my porn addiction. I am now re-starting the AP 90 (Day 2) and feel like I am more ready than ever. I started meditating more which really helps in dealing with emotions. I gave porn one last hurrah on Friday night and I have the sites blocked on my phone (Blocksite app). The only workaround I've found is to go on Chrome incognito and look up GIFs on Google. Does anybody know a way to block that also? Cheers!
