    Gday Skinny,
    First off with it irritating your fat pad...I use a thin cotton sock with the toes cut out. Just put the band over the base of your extender and pull the rest through the center, works a treat and also keeps your penis warm and stops any pinching.<<<(painful in public trust me)

    Next its a matter of how much time your wear it after you get to max stretch...when it stops going loose after you first put it on, for me it can take an hour or two of adjustments before I get to the max stretch. The gains are made from this point on so I count the hours from max stretch not the warm up stretch at the start.

    If you see any indication of suspect damage STOP and rest for a few days or so....You only have one penis and it wont grow back! Slow and easy wins the race.

    Also do you wrap? I found that the foam (2 kinds) that came with my extender don't work at all....instead I wrap it firm not too tight or loose...it takes a few goes to get it right but when you do, you can wear your extender all day with no discomfort or loss of blood flow. I use a velcro strap too as the ones I got with the extender hurt like hell (Noose and strap) or fall off.

    I have been extending for not quite 3 months and have now got the perfect mix for me.

    You will find whats good for you just keep trying and writing it down so you have a guide of whats good and bad for you.

    Thank Cambo for the advice I used som weatherstripping that was made of memory foam and it had some adhesive on the back it seems to work well. I believe you have the 4xlabs mine is the Penimaster pro there very similar though. Yesterday I extended 6 hrs total hrs 59hrs. I'm going to update in the next post everything that I have experienced so that it can help other PE members when they extend .

    Today I'm not going to do any extending I'm going to take a break for 2 days but I will jelq and do some manual stretches while I'm off, plus I will list everything that has happened since day one.

    I extended yesterday for 5hrs I wasn't going to extend but I felt pretty good. Today I'm only going to use my ADS most most of the day and not extend today. Total hrs 64

    Ok so here's my story, I started in August 2012 and came across this website. I started researching most of the information that I have seen on this website and found alot of it to be true. So I did Jps90 day program and gained 1/8 of an inch in erect length. At first I thought it was better EQ but to this day it is still 1/8 over. My measurements are NBPEL-6 1/8 MEG- 4.7 it fluctuates to 4 1/2 on some days. So after Jps work out I started to get excited about the new gains I wanted to step it it up a bit and start hanging, (this is we're I must have bugged the heck out of Don Jelqler LOL) so I bought some cheap silicone sleeve to hang with which would barely hold 7 lbs after a month in and working up to that weight. After getting a paper cut size rip at the end of my shaft I decided to step back and do ALOT of research before I start hanging again. Hanging requires several hours thought out the day which was hard on me due to my schedule (working 40hrs a week and going to school) so I decided when I can devote more time and knowledge to this I will resume in the near future. I choose to start extending which was more forgiving with my schedule. So far I have all the issues worked out on extending thanks to Dangler for advice and DonJelqler for pointing me in the right direction to the Penimaster. With this all said anyone who is new to PE I would advise to just take it slow and reap the rewards later to come, if your in a rush then this is not for you. I will be updating all of my progress soon with possiblely some Pics. Until then I'm going to rock out with my cock out.

    2/5/13 Today I extended for 5 hrs and later at nite I did some stretches 30-60 secs in each directions and I did 200 wet jelqs. I haven't done jelqs in about month so I'm going to add them and stretching back to my routine. Total extending hours 75

    8 hours? Is that on full traction? I guess your traction is not so much then?

    Im in my 4th month and 360 hours, but can never do more than 5 hours per day on full traction (Well, i could do 6 hours sometimes in the begging, but then my traction was pathetic). My dick starts to hurt as hell after 4 hours now when ive ads new roads 2 times.
