6 week program

  • 6 week program

    I started a program last week that is similar to jp90's. It starts off slow then gradually builds up during the 6 week's. It is a beginners program 5 days on 2 days off.

    The program started off for the first week like this:
    Warm up for about 6 minutes ( I use a warm towel), while doing 3 of 10 kegels.

    Stretch for about 4 minutes (pull penis straight out for 10 times, then twirl 5 times left then 5 times right. Next pull right and do the twirls, then pull the left and do the twirls.

    Do 75 wet Jelqs with each hand all lubbed
    up.

    Warm down (same as warm up) for 4 minutes.

    Then massage for a few minutes.

    I also made sure I did 1,000 1 second kegels everyday, even on he off days

    That was what I did for the first week. Unfortunately I didn't measure my self in the beginning but I did measure myself last Saturday and my bpel was 6.5 with my girth at 5 in the middle of my penis and my flaccid length was 4.5(it was really cold so i did about 2 seconds of helicopters to get it back to normal). I will keep track every Saturday and update you all with what I did the previous week.

    Any questions/comments/recommendations are greatly appreciated

    I'm curious and respectfully ask - why not just do the JP90? Is your routine supposed to achieve some special result?
    Start: 12/23/12
    BPEL: 6.75, MEG 5.25
    FL: 4, FG 4.187

    Current: 05/21/13
    BPEL: 7.25, NBPEL 6.5, MEG 5.25

    Goal:
    BPEL 8.75, NPBEL 8, MEG 6.25
    FL: 6.5, FG 5.25

      I actually came across this workout before I came across pegym.com I had started it then a few days later found this site and figured I'm already into it why not give it a chance

        I understand.

        It does look pretty similar to JP90. The stretches are a little different and no V-jelqs.

        I'm just shy of a month into the program, so I'm not trying to come off as an expert in any way. I respect that you started with a workout and are sticking to it. I can't help but wonder whether it might be worthwhile to modify it to the actual JP90. The experienced guys on here all recommend it. You're already committing the time. Why not go with a workout that's worked for so many of the guys here?

        Just a thought.

          I actually took yesterday off to give my little(big) guy a break. Less is more in the beginning right?

            I'm already in he middle of the second week and I feel as if it's working. So going with the motto if it's not broke don't fix it. I plan to take a week off when I'm done then start jp90's program.

              Alright I just finished my second week of Jelqing and today as my warm down i tried to edge but unfortunetly i passed the point of no return (damn). I will measure tomorrow but here is what i did for this week.

              Warm up for about 4 minutes with 3 sets of 25 kegels

              Stretch for about 6 minutes (pull penis straight out for 15 times, then twirl 5 times left then 5 times right. Next pull right and do the twirls, then pull the left and do the twirls.

              150 Wet Jelqs per hand (300 total)

              Warm down (same as warm up)

              My Penis feels heavier in my hand and i believe its starting to hang a little longer flaccid (maybe its in my head, maybe not) because ive been adjusting myself in my pants constantly the last few days. I'm really looking forward to measuring tomorrow.

                I forgot to mention ive Started AP90 yesterday because i feel like im laking imagination and i dont get as hard if im not using porn so hopefully this will help with my EQ

                  Ok so i measured and maybe its a better EQ but as of Saturday I was bpel 6 3/4 and my girth was 5 2/8's so i am a believer hopefully i can continue gaining. I have been looking into hanging (not for right now, im waiting to after i finish this 6 week program). Im going to start jelqing in the AM when i wake up from here on out, just to keep it consistant. I did do the pull tug from the JP90's program and I was a 12 oclock. I guess i have more room to grow? How are everyone else's gains?
