    15 rotations clock/ counterclockwise
    15 min jelqing
    15 min edginfg

    Workout 2:
    2.5 min firestarters
    10 mins ultimate jelqs standing up

    15 rotations clockwise/counterclockwise
    7.5 min jelq
    5 min UJ
    2.5 min UV
    10-15 min edging

    Thursday may 16th:

    ^Same workout as may 15th

    Tuesday May 21st
    1 min firestarters
    7.5 min directional stretches
    15 rotations clockwise/counterclockwise
    10 min jelq
    5 min UJ
    10 min edging with ejaculation

    I haven't been logging, but still exercising, usually 3-4 times a week. Time to get back on

    June 6th (morning)
    7.5 mins stretching directionally
    15 mins jelqing
    30 mins edging

    June 6th (evening)

    10 mins Ultimate Jelqs

    June 8th (morning)

    firestarters for a few seconds
    7.5 mins directional stretches
    20 mins jelqing with light grip
    edging till ejaculation
