    Hey guys I'm back at it again! I pe'd for a lil while throughout the last year and a half, never anything very serious. You can see my starting/current stats in my signature. I am going to be following a modified version of the jp90, like I have for the last month or so. Start of log(about February 1st): 183x135 mm Goal by college (August): 203x146 mm

    No warmup (waste of time, lack of privacy) I do the stretches and heli spins the same. I am currently doing 80 Jelqs and 30 Ultimate Jelqs, slowly switching over to 100% UJ's I replaced my V Jelqs 100% with Ultimate V's, I am currently doing 50 of them and adding one per session. Thanks for Rbi99 for awaring me on the Ultimate Jelqs and Ultimate V's. Anyone else got some exercises that you deem awesome ?

    If your doing Jp90 stretches try them bundled.

    Okay! I'll start slowly incorporating them. I'm starting off slow to recondition myself 1/27/13 workout 25 helicoptor shakes 25 kegals while stretching left 20 rotational stretches repeat ^ for right, straight out, down, and up. 80 Jelqs 30 Ultimate Jelqs 51 Ultimate V's

    Anyone wanna critically critique my workout? Wanna get as much gains possible before college (wish I was consistent since I started )I do not do warmups due to lack of privacy, and have been seeing good progress in the last month without them

    Using vaseline as mosturizer, but going to buy something more natural such as cocoa butter soon. I'm loving the Ultimate V's but not sure how I feel about the Ultimate Jelqs, as I have trouble gripping as hard as regular jelqs. Rbi99 made massive girth gains doing these exercises (ultimate J's and V's), so I'm gonna keep working them

    Week of 2/4/13

    5x this workout


    25 helicoptor shakes x5
    25 kegals while stretching (Down,Out,Up,Right,Left) (25 kegals in each direction)
    10 rotations counterclockwise slowly 5x
    10 rotations clockwise slowly 5x

    75 Ultimate Jelqs
    45 Ultimate V's
