    Woke up this morning with such a morning wood that I could thrust it through a wall! So stoked about my EQ! Numbness was at a zero when I woke up! So I'm stoked about that too!

    Well after about 20 minutes of being awake, he started to get numb again. I only held him and shook him out gently for my morning piss! Numbness is a 2 on my 1-10 scale. 10 being the worse it's gotten for me of course. Sure can't wait for it to be a -10! This numbness is bizarre crap for me

    Progress though, I guess

    Planning for NO releases today. God help me lol

      Yeeeeeeeeee damn near healed! Numbness was down to a .2 most of the day today. I even had two 10 minute edging sessions today, with high EQ. 1st edging session I didn't do a release, 2nd session I released.

      So I failed with no releasing for the day(oh well shit happens), but I'm so happy! lol

        Sounds like things are moving right along, keep up the good work. This exercises really help with EQ.

            Still on recovery break. Darn it~! Did edge today for 10 minutes with no release. Turned a little numb after edging. Looks I'm not healed, yet.

            Decided to measure tonight and was pretty shocked! Am going to measure again tomorrow for my records, since it's the first of Feb..!

              Good news, yet confusing news...

              Good news:
              I'm up BPEL .5" EG .25". I started PE three weeks ago, and only worked out my first two weeks, while resting my third week(well I have edged some this week). Newbie gains? Significant gains? Was my pecker just THAT out of shape? Whatever it is, I don't care.

              Confusing news:
              Sunday night I numbed my penis, as seen above in previous posts. It has gotten much better! Before it didn't matter if I was flaccid or erected, it was numb. Now it's hardly ever numb. BUT, if I start an edging session it will become numb. Especially if I get to that PONR and stop myself from ejaculating. Does this happen to anyone else? If I hit that PONR and ejaculate after an edging session my penis remains numb for 30 minutes to an hour. Also, before PE, if I ejaculated the most sensitive parts of my penis would be really sensitive and send me soaring if touched. It's no longer like that after I climax? My climax's aren't even that much orgasmic either. Da Fuq? Can this be caused by too many dry orgasms? Because damn I had some INCREDIBLE dry orgasms last weekend.

              I'm thinking of avoiding PE next week also, because what's the point of sex, if you can't have wet orgasms? Guess I'm still fucked up

                I've decided, no more edging or ballooning for me till April. There's a chance I'll be back in the gym Monday.

                      ~Week 4~

                      Monday thru Friday
                      Warm up - 10 minutes w/ light kegels.
                      Stretches - L,R,O,U,D. Each with 15 quick kegels, then 5 left and right circle stretches and heli shakes.
                      50 straight out OK dry jelqs - 30-50% erect.
                      Warm down - 5 minutes w/ light kegels.
                      Also edging whenever I desire, releasing every two or three days, and kegeling when it crosses my mind.


                      Can't stop Edging/Ballooning; I'm addicted.

                      I'm healed! So here I go! Back in the Gym! New beginnings!

                      ~Gotta get myself out of the habit of ejaculating everyday. UGH!

                      Going kinda light this week to test the waters and get myself trained in the groove of properly training!

                      Also starting physical training this week, since I'm terribly out of shape and am lacking physical stamina.

                      Heck, my dick has more stamina than my body does at this point lol

                          Did some physical fitness on Monday and I'm still sore. Triceps and chest being the worst. Thighs, lats, and ABs not so bad. Can't wait to be in shape!

                            Just woke up from a 2 hour nap. I had such a hard on like ka-plow!, looked in the mirror and was like wow! lol

                            Excellent(positive +) PI's!, yet again!! What will I do with myself? Such a light workout has such great affects for me!

                            Put in another great 25 minute PE workout today. Oh yeah, released last night after 3 days of not releasing, incredible! Here's to 3 more days!
