    Day 11

    -15 minutes warming up
    -10 minutes various stretches
    -[50 Jelqs, 50 v-jelqs] Three times with helicopters in between
    -a few stretches
    -warming down in the shower along with 20 minutes edging with ejaculation.

    My PIs were still neutral to good so I decided to start the 2on-1off today. It felt good but I have to be careful to a few things.

    -not to make my OK-grip too tight
    -not to go over 50%-60% erect but not below 20%- 30%
    -not be aroused to the point where I want to MO.

    That's two orgasms in two days, not good. The edging right before was nice though, but I'm not strong enough yet to resist the temptation of having an orgasm. BTW I 'm not sure what I did was edging per se since my EQ is still not perfect. I just tried to make erects kegels without pressing the CS with my middle finger or pulling too much on the frenulum, which I tend to do unconsciously. It's a bit early to claim success but I was able to fill my glans just by kegeling a bit easier than usual. My kegels still lack strength though; I'm unable to hold it more than 3 seconds at best. But that's better than nothing. Also when doing them the rest of my body felt really relaxed and that's good in my book, since I usually have an unconscious tendency to clamp my buttocks /tighten my legs and abs when kegeling. Oh, and I woke up this morning with a pretty stiff morning wood, but soft glans. Not sure how to interpret this since I just recently started to pay attention to my morning boners.

    So my goals for the next days are:

    to implement the 2on-1off calendar without rushing things,
    to resist the urge to MO
    to be more applied when doing my flaccid Kegels ( something like three sets of 10 x 2sec reps along the day)
    to get more sleep ;-)

    I'm still off maca and ginseng, I'll start taking them again on monday after a one week break. I didn't feel much different except it was maybe a bit harder to get out of bed, but then again, so many variables...

    Wasn't really motivated yesterday, I had other things in mind and was just tired overall.
    But I plan on catching up today.

    Day 14- Rest- I ended up not PE-ing because I couldn't find the time and privacy to do so.
    Day15, (today)-

    Nice session, 10 min Warm-up,
    15 minutes stretching every directions except downwards ;- )
    30 minutes Jelqs and V-jelqs
    Edging for 10 minutes then orgasm.
    no warm down.

    I find it super hard to resist the urge to orgasm after edging. Maybe I'm just not ready? Also I had a lot of trouble falling asleep yesterday night and I knew an edging session followed by an ejaculation would help me. It did, and I fell asleep right away. My EQ was terrible though, barely above the 7/10 mark I'd say. I plan to have sex with a certain special lady when I see her this week-end, so I hope it will help me stay focused and keep my mojo. ^^

    Oh, and I tokk 900mg Ginseng and and some maca this morning, after a one-week break. Felt absolutely no difference in energy. Now that I think of it I didn't feel any loss of energy when I stopped taking them. Maybe the ones I buy don't work well ? I buy them from the supermarket. Any brand to recommend ?

    Hi guys !

    Day 16: Honesty I can't remember if I Pe'd. I think I didn't. But, even if that's not PE related, I felt pretty much alpha the last part of the day, very good eye contacts and smiles with girls on the street and in class, definitely good for the ego. It had been a long time since I had felt that confident. I also felt more connected to my dick, it's hard to explain but when looking at a girl in class I was actually able to have a semi-boner just picturing her naked, and I had like this tiny uncontrolled Kegel you get when you're turned on, just by looking at girls. That also is rather unusual for me and -I think- noteworthy.

    Day17: one hour session today, and among my best so far. My kegels felt strong and I was able to go from EQ 6 to 8 almost at will. I did the usual 3x (50 sloooow jelqs and 50 slooow V-jelqs), with a bit more stretching than usual ( I just felt like it ) and less helicopters. Still haven't been able to solve the warm-down problem, do you guys think it could hinder my progress?

    Anyway I'm tempted to say my penis is a bit longer than when I started 2 weeks ago but it's moot since it might be my imagination and I'm not going to measure before a few weeks anyway. I even hid the ruler away to avoid temptation :- )

    DAY 18- the usual routine, felt really good. After a 15 minutes warm-up, and 50Jelqs + 50 v-jelqs, I took a little nap, haha. Woke up, finished the session and edged a godd 40 minutes. That was NICE. no orgasm at the end.

    Day 19, today- Had a great session again, it seems to get better each time ! No proper warm up but I edged a good 15 minutes before actually Jelquing. Crazy good edging, I could tell the orgasm would have been mind-blowing if I had crossed the limit. But I didn't; instead I did my jelqs, and in between each set or so, I would helicopter then edge 5 minutes. When I say edge I don't mean 100% erect, more between 70- 90 % erect with pikes at 100 as I kegelled. But it felt awesome; my kegels have never been that good. And I am more than pleased by my progress in the PONR domain; not just because of an increase control over my cock but mostly because of a strengthened willpower. Never before had I ever walked so close to the edge of the cliff without falling. Of course I still have lots of room for improvement, but the perceived control gain is motivational to say the least. In 48h I have an appointment with a very, very fine lady and I hope to make my first contribution to the " success" forum by reporting a " it feels bigger " type of comment from her, haha. Now I hate myself for jinxing it ! I hope my performance anxiety won't get the better of me...

    It's been a while since I last updated my log...

    Day 21 to 32 : " rest ". I couldn't PE because of privacy issues for one week, then my lower back started to hurt pretty bad so I haven't PE'd or been to the gym for almost two weeks ! Thankfully I'm back on track. Day 33 and 34 I had nice sessions, definitely not as intense as before. Not because my PIs were bad, just because I seemed to lack energy and stamina. My EQ is still perfectible.
    I have spent a bit of time with my GF over the last weeks and to my disappointment, the PE effect has yet to be really felt. One thing's for sure: I don't want to gain to much erected length because she already says often that I go " too far ". 10/10 EQ is still my #1 goal but girth and flaccid size are the only dimension I would like to change. It appears that according to the smooth muscle theory, girth exercises are the way to go for me. I haven't decided yet if I should keep my 2day on, 1day off routine or start PEing more often. We'll see!
