Alright, thought I'd start a log. Current stats are:
BPEL: 6.25 (measured at the angle of my erection - if I push it down towards the ground, the measurement varies)
EG: 5.25
FL: 4.25 (measured at the angle my penis hangs down, again, get varied measurements if I try to hold it out straight)
FG: 4.25
I tried to get as solid a boner as I could for the EG measurement. I'd say that at the moment my EQ is ok, but not great. I'm definitely not at that size all the time when I have sex, especially girth. So I'm hoping to get some good EQ gains as well as size.
I recently broke up with my gf, so will be trying this stuff in the meantime. I can be very consistent and persistent with my goals, so I am interested to see where this takes me.
Short term goals are as follows: (next couple of months)
6.5 x 5.25 (but with better EQ, keeping max girth during sessions)
Stop watching porn completely (don't watch it often as is, but want to completely eliminate it)
Masturbate only once or twice a week (didn't masturbate at all in relationship, but obviously not in that anymore)
Medium term goal: (6 months)
7 x 5.5
Long term goal: (end of next year?)
8 x 6
Not sure how achievable these are, but I am going to give it a solid crack. Have my rice sock made up and my baby oil purchased. Am going to start the JP90 program tonight. Will do 2 days on 1 day off and see how I go. Will kegel 4 times a week as well.
Penis health is my main objective (and improving EQ so I'm always at least 90%, hopefully closer to 100%). But I would love just a bit of extra size and girth as well, so I'm going to give it a red hot crack.
At the very least, if it improves my penis health and performance etc, it will be worth the effort!
