    Alright, thought I'd start a log. Current stats are:

    BPEL: 6.25 (measured at the angle of my erection - if I push it down towards the ground, the measurement varies)
    EG: 5.25

    FL: 4.25 (measured at the angle my penis hangs down, again, get varied measurements if I try to hold it out straight)
    FG: 4.25

    I tried to get as solid a boner as I could for the EG measurement. I'd say that at the moment my EQ is ok, but not great. I'm definitely not at that size all the time when I have sex, especially girth. So I'm hoping to get some good EQ gains as well as size.

    I recently broke up with my gf, so will be trying this stuff in the meantime. I can be very consistent and persistent with my goals, so I am interested to see where this takes me.

    Short term goals are as follows: (next couple of months)

    6.5 x 5.25 (but with better EQ, keeping max girth during sessions)
    Stop watching porn completely (don't watch it often as is, but want to completely eliminate it)
    Masturbate only once or twice a week (didn't masturbate at all in relationship, but obviously not in that anymore)

    Medium term goal: (6 months)

    7 x 5.5

    Long term goal: (end of next year?)

    8 x 6

    Not sure how achievable these are, but I am going to give it a solid crack. Have my rice sock made up and my baby oil purchased. Am going to start the JP90 program tonight. Will do 2 days on 1 day off and see how I go. Will kegel 4 times a week as well.

    Penis health is my main objective (and improving EQ so I'm always at least 90%, hopefully closer to 100%). But I would love just a bit of extra size and girth as well, so I'm going to give it a red hot crack.

    At the very least, if it improves my penis health and performance etc, it will be worth the effort!

    Short term and mid term goals look very doable. Long term goal may take a bit longer as gains slow down after newbie gains. Are you doing JP90? Make sure to post workouts for referance later. It will help when you hit a platue and the experts have a good log to look at to adjust your workoutt. Happy Tugging!

      Yes, will be running JP90 2 days on 1 day off. Will also try to incorporate a few natural supps in my diet. Diet is usually decent (I train very regularly), but has been off lately.

        First session of the JP90.

        I did it exactly as prescribed, but probably miscounted the jelqs on account of me trying to focus on technique.

        ~8mins warming up

        Thoughts on my first session. Seemed ok. No idea of whether I was using the right tension or not. Two problems I noticed.

        - I don't think I was hard enough for the jelqs - I was probably only 30% tops (the guide says 60-70%). However the glans was getting hard, so I think that is a good sign.
        - I'm not sure if I was doing the v jelqs quite right. Possibly too quick.

        On that matter, the whole session (including warm up and warm down) only took around 35 minutes, which seems quicker than I had read that it should take. I'll try to get a bit harder before the jelqs tomorrow and do it a bit slower, particularly the v jelqs.

        I also found that because I was fairly flaccid, I had to squeeze quite tight with the ok grip to effectively jelq. But this meant the pressure was not applied evenly to my shaft (mainly pressing through the tip of the index finger). Not sure if this is a problem or not, but again, I'll try it at around 60-70% if possible tomorrow.

          Ok, did some edging last night several hours after my JP90 sesh.

          Got very high EQ very quickly (but hadn't masturbated in 4 days). Edged for close to about 30 minutes, would have been close to 95% EQ most of the time. Erection angle was higher as well. Was the best edging session I've ever had.

          I'm getting quite excited about this whole process! The way I see it, the improvement in EQ, penis health and sex in general is the biggest plus, with any additional size a bonus! I know I am only one session in, but I already have a lot of confidence in this.

          Oh, and also had some pretty epic wood during the night. A few good positive PIs already

            I'm not sure I'm doing the v jelqs correctly - I'll post up a thread about that. I'm also having trouble with the skin around my balls (where it connects to my shaft, it seems quite high up).

            The jelqs are great though, my head just keeps getting bigger and bigger while doing these.

              Did some more edging tonight - attempted to do so without using porn (I want to recondition myself). Not as effective as arousal levels weren't as high. Especially as I had cum yesterday as well.

              I was only planning on doing this twice a week anyway, but wanted to test a few things (and also examine the turkey neck when erect).

              So yeah, I will drop down to doing this twice a week at most.

              In other news, my turkey neck looks to be about 1-2 inches erect, which isn't ideal. But it hasn't affected performance and nobody has commented on it, so it can't be that bad either. In either case, I will look into ways to try to reduce the impact that the JP90 will have on this (any advice appreciated ).

              I also tried the toilet roll test. Good news is I can't fit it completely over my penis - I can get it about half way down. But I also have a bend in my penis, so if it was straight, it might fit over it.

              Bad news is that it seems like the base of my penis has about a quarter inch less girth than mid shaft. This might be due to my turkey neck, I'm not sure. I'm a bit worried I might exacerbate this by not jelqing low enough down the shaft correctly due to the turkey neck.

                Had a day off yesterday as I think I overworked it a little bit the previous day with a PE session followed by not one, but two edging sessions (couldn't sleep :/). I didn't get any morning wood or boners during the day yesterday, so a day off was in order.

                Tonight was a good session, the v jelqs are feeling much better and I'm trying to alter my technique slightly to avoid making my turkey neck worse. So before commencing each jelq, I pull the turkey neck down below where I start the jelq.

                I'm finding the turkey neck to be quite cumbersome while jelqing, so am trying to reduce or eliminate that as I go.

                  JP90 session today, as well as 2 ball massaging and turkey neck stretching sessions. Also doing the kegel routine as in here: https://www.pegym.com/forums/prematu...asm-guide.html

                  Starting at the beginning, but expect to get through the first few weeks reasonably quickly.

                  I am having a few issues with the JP90 though:

                  1) When stretching at the beginning, I can't grip properly below the head (my ok grip keeps slipping over the head). As such, I can't apply much tension at all and I can't hold the stretch because it slips out. Any suggestions here??

                  2) I'm not sure I'm jelqing right - I've been jelqing with my palms facing in towards me (3 fingers pointing towards the ground, thumb pointing down, index finger pointing up). I just realised it says to use an ok grip palm DOWN. I tried doing this, but I can't see properly (i.e. i don't know when i've reached the glans). Plus the turkey neck gets in the way majorly.

                  The problem with what I am doing is that I can't grip THAT close to the base (although I struggle to do this already with the turkey neck). I did a quick measure and noticed that the girth at my base is actually a good quarter inch less than the mid shaft - I don't want to make this worse!

                  Any suggestions?

                    Haven't updated this the last 2 days, been flat out.

                    Have just done my JP90 as per usual, plus one or 2 ball massages during the day and the kegel routine. Will move on to week 2 of this tomorrow.

                    I have been doing 2 days on, 1 day off. Will start 5 days on 2 days off starting tomorrow and see how that goes.

                    I haven't really noticed any PIs yet, positive or negative. Nothing seems to have really changed yet, although my flaccid looks like it might be slightly larger. I don't think I've gained anything yet, but I'm only 10% of the way through the program.

                    First measurement is in a couple of weeks - I'm hoping to have seen some change by then.

                      Started the 5 days on 2 days off as of last night.

                      I jelqued at a much higher EQ and man, it was much better. Didn't have to squeeze anywhere near as tight for the desired effect and I found I got much better PIs afterwards. So will keep this up this week and see how it goes.

                      I am finding however that I am having a dull pain in my right testicle most days. It might just be because my work pants have gotten tighter on account of my legs getting bigger (from the gym). It is unpleasant, but not unbearable. I just find I am readjusting my package almost constantly.

                      I'm hoping it is not a problem, but will continue to monitor it and see how I go.

                        Did some edging immediately after PE last night, instead of a warm down, after reading it in the success stories thread.

                        It was meant to be short (maybe 4-5 near PONRs) without coming. Ended up going for nearly 2 hours. I stopped twice and swore I would go to bed, but I just kept throbbing.

                        Eventually I did come unfortunately, although it was about 3 hours after I finished my PE session.

                        I think I am going to try 2 days on, 1 day off, with SHORT edging sessions after PE and not coming. On the third day, if I feel like it, I plan to edge and release.

                          Last night was just a bit of edging.

                          EQ is very good at the moment. No visible size gains yet. Flaccid is looking bigger tho.

                          I think I've got a better 'feel' for things now. Going to try to stick with the 7 day routine below:

                          JP90 mon, tues, thur, fri, sat, with edging for cool down (no ejac)
                          Edging wed, sun (if I feel like it)
                          Ball massage once to twice each day
                          Kegel routine once to twice each day

                          I'm not sure yet whether the edging is helping or not. Will have to watch the PIs

                              Did the JP90 this morning (instead of night). Kept getting quite hard during jelqs - had to actually focus on not getting aroused (normally I struggle to get aroused during jelqs at all and need some 'help' to get me to maintain the right erection level).

                              I did a bit of edging after, but came (unfortunately) after about 10 minutes accidentally - the PONR just came and went without me hardly seeing it!

                              Not sure if this means the stuff is working (making me hornier, really high EQ), or if it was just doing it in the mornign that made the difference. I also haven't been having any sex for the last few weeks now, so I may get hornier over time simply from not getting any. That said, I haven't really had any strong desire to go out and get laid either.

                              Still don't think I've seen any gains yet - But EQ has definitely improved.
