    Last changed 05/19/2013 (completely changed my routine, to acheive greatness, I must accept great risk!):

    I'm Hephaestus and I've been PEing for quite some long, my will is to become a greater person and I will not give up until I get there. Today, I'm starting a hanging routine to acheive proper length gains, let's see how it goes.
    Over the past 10 months, I've been PEing and had only very few gains, but this won't make me give up, I know someday, somehow, I'll gain, and I'll have the pleasure to slap that my ex's face with my 8x6 and say the only thing that's small now, Is her character!

    Well.. My current routine is:

    • 20 Min Rice Sock
    • 6 Sets of 4 Lbs Hanging (20 min sets with 10 min rest between them doing massaging and some [20~40] UVs/UJs)
    • 60 UJs
    • 30 UVs
    • 50 Kegels
    • Hot bath for warm down


    I do this everyday, and only ejaculate once every 5 days (Even though accidents happen once in a while..). I try to exercise 3-5 times a week and eat as healthy as possible, lots of vegetables and fruits, etc..
    I use whey protein and fish oil as daily supplements and drink (not kidding) 3-4 liters of water a day. I'm still using porn, even though only to edge, but I'm trying to stop this one and only bad habbit..

      Yesterday, at the end of my routine, I've hapilly measured extra 0.25' in length.. unfortunately, this happy miracle only lasted until today's afternoon..
      But I guess It's something! lol

      Although, my EQ is getting better and better!

                        hahaha good going so far man! I was the same stats before starting any form of PE around last year and I've gained 1.25" in BPEL and .25" in MEG! I would like to know more about your health and porn usage (if any) so that I could make further recommendations to maximize your results. Also are you taking any supplements?

                          Had a nice day today, I think the 0.25'' is back again! But I didn't measure it..
                          Well.. i wathc porn to edge, but I'm seriously thinking about stopping it!
                          About my health, I don't smoke, drink only in special ocasions and eat healthy food daily + decent amount of exercises (cardio+workout 3-5 times a week). 15% bf, used to be better, but I'm not having much time due to my studies =\. I'm taking fish oil, whey protein and creatine (my nutricionist recommended, I drink lots of water due to the creatine), I don't have much mass and I'm gaining some. It's kinda late here today, but I'm checking your log tomorrow for sure .

                            Couldn't resist measuring today.. after 20min 4x sets with the bathmate, rice sock, stretches, 130 UJs, 30 UVs and.. goddamnit! Those 0.25 weren't there! How long will it take until I see some fu**** gain? I'm not giving that sh** up, but this is getting me on my nerves.. I'm 100% dedicated on my routine and some dudes miss days and days and see explendid gains.. I wanted to put my anger off somewhere... Sometimes I want to try hanging 200lbs on my dick and see if it finally show some results...

                            I'm changing my routine if this one does not work either in the next 2 months... Cmon.. I must gain... somehow..
