    (First of all sorry for my english)Ι was watching at least one year a lot of sites about jelqing so i decided to start it although there was some people that was saying thats not working . Im 20 yo and i started from october 2012 jelqing.At the start i noticed some new veins and the errection was very hard!I was so happy and i continued to get some girth wich is the point for me.So now is February and i havent ANYTHING.My Routine is : Warm up 5-10 minutes with a hot towel ,streching 5 minutes to all directions,200 jelqs,streching again for 5 minutes and 5 minutes with the towel again.If anyone could help me i will appreciate So much.Thank You.(Answer as simple as you can :P )

    Sounds like you need to do more or increase intensity.

        I think you should read up on a few things. They say that if you are gaining on your current routine, why change it! That works both ways my friend. You should try integrating different exercises in your routine. Have a look here at some different types of Penis Exercises.
        Start
        BPEL: 6.7
        MSG: 4.5

        Now
        BPEL: 7.7 (+1!)
        MSG: 5.1 (+.6!)

          Oh ! I forgot to say that for the first 2 months i did 4x 200 jelqs and then, that i didnt notice anything i changed to 1x200 at the slow mode (3 sec/jelq).So you can say that i have try a couple of exercises...I dont know what to do :/

                    what i mean bro is he should do some kegels and he should split the streching and jelqing twice a day instead of doing one after another.. did you get my point?

                      switch something up. Try different erection levels when jelqing. Find what gets your blood flowing the best. Maybe take a week off and start back up with a new routine. Have you tried edging?
