    This is my 20th week of PE! To sum things up so far;

    Still a newbie...
    Due to my privacyproblems I now mostly do pisspulls and restroom uli's. Now and then I hang or clamp, but not often. It really feels like I've hit a plateau. Don't know if it will be time for a 1 month decon break soon?! Thinking of a decon break after 6 months. I'm abit worried that I will loose my gains during a break. But I'm sure I could use a fresh start, maybe rest for 5 weeks and then start all over with wetjelqs only or the newbie routine or something. I know I have been rushing things abit, and that's why I'm thinking of a fresh start?!

    I kind of miss the days with hours of privacy, just me and my ADS. I'm actually thinking of making a homemade ADS and attach my homemade bib-hanger to it, for covert wearing?!

    Length gains have been alright so far, no complaints I guess?! Sofar I'v gained NBPEL 1,5-2cm (depends on EL) in 20 weeks. The gains came in two overnight-gains, in between nothing happened. So I'm waiting for my third time, of waking up and just realizing it's a littlebit longer. It would be lovely to capture a third picture!!! Hopefully I'll reach 18.0cm within 6 months or so, and my 20.0cm goal within 18 months. I know it's bad wanting too much... BUT to keep my motivation up, I really need to se som future gains in my sight, stay positive, thinking positive. Without that positive gain-thinking-wanting-hoping I tend to lack motivation.

    My girth gains have been less successful however. Went from 11.5cm to 12.0cm within the first 2-3 weeks but then nothing happened. I have mostly been focusing on length, but it seems alot harder to reach any girth gains.

    In the long run it's girth that I really crave, I NEED more girth. Actually I could live with this length, it's already above average, but I want to get atleast 14cm girth. I would love to get 16+, but that's 4 cm away...

    I also no that, not to many people are reading my logg (at least not commenting), and I'm writing this mostly to write down my thoughts, and to evaluate my progress by going back and reading what worked and what didn't. I'm thinking it's betteer to keep a logg here than on my hard drive.

    Hey Swe, I got good girth gains early on with weight hanging. Base girth is now 15.5cm. I was not expecting this - I only expected length gains. So I never measured girth before I started PE, though it was at least 2cm less, I'd guess.

    That's nice to hear Jonocloud! I had the same experience gaining girth (although it was only 0,5cm) with length work.

    Rest week:
    So now I've been resting for a week. Nothing really happened... at least no gains to report. Maybe lost 2-3mm in length. Eq is still up and down (mostly down this week), but I've been stressed out and tired, so that might play o big role (even if this wouldn't have had any effect 10 years ago).
    But even if I maybe lost som lentgh, as you ca read in my log, I haven't been PEing too hard last weeks so there wasn't much to rest from.... The main reason for my rest period was to get a fresh start. So now I'm starting with the newbie routine today.

    By this I mean: 5 min heating, 10 min stretching (approx 30 sec holds) and 10min wet jelq (3-5 sec strokes). I will rest at least every third day.

    As I wrote earlier I'm thinking about starting wearing an ADS (covert) an hour a day or so, but in a couple of weeks. I've seen that the Jes Extender Original is now sold with a comfort strap... I'm kind of interested in that one. Hanging is good for gains but demands a whole lot of privacy. So maybe I'll go with the newbie routine for a month or two, and then add on 30-60min ADS on top of that. Uli's also but not as much as I have done, 3-4 x 30 sec light squeezes every other or third day.

    Actually I think my privacy problems are good for me, in a way. Thanks to this I'm forced too hold back.
    With too much privacy I'm still a newbie idiot: I see some gains- gets very happy -I want more... figure out the rest...

    I have now been resting for weeks, and will continue rest for another 2 weeks. I got seriously afraid a couple of weeks ago when my EL/EQ got below any lower limit. When I almost didn't get an erection at all, for a whole week I decided to rest for a month. I'm 27 but felt like 57 years old.

    I was very stressed out, 'cause of work and almost never got to rest, working 12-14hours a day, but I got scared that I broke some veins or something. Still I felt that I haven't been PEing that hard?! I didn't have morning wood, porn didn't have any effect on me at all, and when I tried to relax and get an erection I only reach EL 6-7. I never got horny (mentally) and never any spontanous erection (physically).

    Now when things are calming down at work, and at home I feel alot better. I'm slowly getting back my morning erections things are looking better again.

    I think stress and lack of rest (mentally and physically) are the major factors. Also since I started PE a this spring I've been "playing" with my dick and watching porn, more then ever before, hours evey week. I almost felt burned out having my unit in my hand so much.

    So I think this rest is as much mentally needed as physically.

    I have now had an rest for months. I became a dad, and working full time just made PE impossible. Well, I have now for about two weeks been PEing again. This time I'm after girth. I now that I can gain in length, just a matter of time and consistancy. I've seen it happen!

    Started in the beginning of the summer with 15,5cm NBPEL, and 11,5cm in EG midshaft. I hade some quick newbie gains; 16,5cm NBPEL and 12cm EG. Then I just hanging and went over 17cm in NBPEL. I measured again after months of decon-break. I have lost some length but not lost any girth. Currently I am at NBPEL 16,5cm and girth 12cm.

    Girth is the big issue for me, so right now I am doing an equalent to cross-fit, but PE. This means 1-2 times a day, I stimulate to 60-80% erection. Then for 5-10 minutes I use diferent tecniques to get the unit engorged above normal erection girth. I mainly use three different tecniques; Uli's, doubble Uli's and 440 horse squeezes. In between I edge/stimulate to keep my erection. I mostly get 13cm girth (1cm above normal erection). I am mostly doing this in bed or in the shower, to keep the heat.

    So basically I am not stuck to a super strickt routine. I'll be back to inform about results (...or lack of)!

    ... what I mean be "cross-fit PEing" is that I kind of free style. No strickt routine. But frames which I work within.
