24MAR14 - Really wish I had left a blank entry at the beginning of this log, not much space here to leave a running tally of my experiences thus far. The quick and short of it is still all manual, stretch and jelq. Was 1/1 and now 2/1 (on/off) since November. Gains are 1 5/8 BPEL and 1/2 MEG. Still going for more and EQ is incredible (most days). PE works!
Begin date 12MAR2013 with the Remik-medium beginner routine Your First Penis Enlargement Workout Routine, I'm now starting past the first week, last week I put in three sessions as per the instructions 1 on 2 off, fourth session will be after one day rest. 6 min stretch and 10 wet jelq, done in the shower after warming up for a few minutes. Also sporadically doing kegels, only one focused session on doing those so far, but these will be a primary focus during my routines (EQ being the goal). Also discovered edging yesterday as a means of training my body to maintain good EQ for long periods of time. Start size is BPEL: 7" MEG: 5.75" BEG: 6.25" (though having a hairy shaft is contributing to BEG, she likes the extra friction so it will remain bushy and wild). Short term size goal is BPEL: 8" MEG: 6.25", but size goal is really dependent on how she feels about it, see how it goes.
I've started doing PE as a means of improving my EQ. Over the years I've abused my body with roller-coaster weight problems (never serious but I've fluctuated between 200-240 at 6'2") and smoked for over 25 years (still in starting phases of quiting - again). I've been with the love of my life for over a year now (I could write books on how wonderful she is and how great we are together, but I won't go into that here) and we enjoy marathon sessions of making love, 2-4 hours at a stretch, 2-3 times a week. Over the years I've learned the art of controlling ejaculation (can easily have dry orgasm) and learned a few longevity tricks as well. I want to continue to be able to do this for many years to come and have noticed that I'm having good days and bad days, on bad days I can barely achieve 75% EQ and struggle to keep it going enough to enjoy activities. I usually seem to start off well, but it fades after a few minutes and never seems to return all the way, and I don't ever seem to hit a solid 100% like I used to, and haven't had good morning wood for as long as I can remember. Once or twice it's failed me and it was not pleasant for me and even worse for her, she was concerned she didn't feel good enough for me to maintain EQ. I wrote this all off as overuse, and that's certainly part of it given my age, but even after a week or two break when we are apart I sometimes have problems. Age or not there is no reason for me not to try and improve my EQ and I don't see any reason why I can't be as good as I was 20 years ago. In the past year I've lost 40 pounds and have kept it off (200 now), my body feels great, so now it's time to work on my most important muscle. Unfortunately circumstances are such that my love and I will be separated for a few months so it seems like this would be a good time to work on EQ without interfering with our relationship.
I am not concerned about growth, other than to go too far for her, girth is already fine and any more could start interfering with receiving oral treats, wouldn't mind an extra inch in length though. I figure for the short term if I am experiencing good growth I will go beyond my goals and work on final size during cementing phase, I assume that some size will be lost during cementing or that cementing will go faster if some loss is acceptable. I will say that with only three sessions I am feeling pretty good. I was reading up on edging and initially dismissed it as it seemed geared to premature ejaculation (never an issue with me) but realized this is a great EQ exercise. I tried it yesterday a couple of times, just getting good EQ and maintaining it for as long as I could, and I've already noticed things are better. I haven't had a good 100% in quite a long time and was able to achieve and maintain it for awhile during the edging session, best EQ I've had in years. I can see where this is going to really train me to be able to maintain good EQ for extended periods of time.
