    Hey guys Saiyan22 here. I am happy to report that I have made more gains. My dick is responding greatly to my PE efforts. My pre PE stats were NBPL 8 inches x 5.2 midshaft girth x 5.5 base girth. My last set of progress pics on this website my stats were as follows.


    Non bonepressed length: 8.4 inches
    Bone pressed length 8 and 3 quarter inches
    Base girth 5.7 inches
    Midshaft girth 5.4 inches
    Bonepressed flaccid stretch 9.2 inches

    My new stats since the end of September 2009 are as follows.

    New Non bonepressed length: 8 and 3 quarter inches (Almost 9 inches)
    New bonepressed length: 9.2 inches
    New base girth: 6 inches
    New midshaft girth: 5.5 inches (5.7 inches with a viagra pill)
    New bonepressed flaccid stretch: 9 and 3 quarter inches (almost 10 inches)

    By the end of July 2009 I started reading in great detail about the mechanism behind stretching human tissue works. I started reading about the nature of plastic deformation do to stretch forces and load. After gaining some knowledge on the subject I omitted some exercises from my PE routine because, do to what I read about on plastic deformation and the way the tunica works. I felt these exercises didn’t benefit me much. I omitted full erect clamping, pumping and 80% to 90% erect jelqs. Now I only use a cable clamp as an ADCs for an hour and I jelq at no higher then 50% to 60% erection. I do this because the tunica has more elastic properties to stress and manipulate when its flaccid or semi engorged. When fully erect the tunica is hard and rigid like steel and has no elastic properties and will be extremely hard to manipulate without the risk of injury to the tunica.

    On August 1, 2009 I began a new routine based off of my readings on plastic deformation that I am still doing now. My routine now is as follows.

    (Morning PE workout before work):

    warm up with dick in glass of warm to hot water for 5 minutes then wrap warm to hot rice sock around my dick for 5-10 minutes.

    1 hour of manual stretches. Mainly different variations of bundled stretches in front of my heater.

    10-15 minutes of edging after manual stretches to restore blood flow and erection quality.

    After my morning workout I go to work at 9 am. At work I perform manual stretches through out my time there at my cubicle and do at least 100 kegels a day. My cubicle is in an area where no one can see me. If someone is coming I can here them and have enough time to stuff my dick back in my pance through my zipper.
    On my lunch break I go home which is 5 minutes away from my job and peform my hanging workout. At home on my lunch break I warm up with a rice sock for 10 minutes then do 2 sets of 15 minutes of HANGING straight down with my legs squatted to really hit the ligs. I am currently hanging with 5 pounds with the downward position. After my 2 hanging sets I edge for 5 minutes to regain circulation and erection quality then go back to work.

    When I get off of work at 6 pm, I go straight to the gym to workout and do my cardio. When I get home from the gym, usually around 7:30 pm, I begin my evening PE workout.

    I warm up with a rice sock again and perform two 15 minute sets of tunica hanging with 7.5 pounds next to my heater. The way I perform tunica hanging is I lay down on my back on the bed and I have my homemade hanger attached to a pulley going over me connected to a chair with the weight hanging off. This causes the force to pull my dick straight up beyond my naval to stretch the tunica and inner penis while I’m laying down talking on the phone or watching TV.

    After my two sets of tunica hanging, I warm up again with a rice sock and then perform 30 mins to 1 hour of wet jelqs and squeeze variations with no more then a 60% erection.

    After my jelqing workout, I then edge again for 10-15 minutes for erection quality purposes. When my evening PE workout is done, it is usually around 9:30pm to 9:45pm. At this point I put on a cable clamp as an ADCs jump in the shower and go hang out with friends for a couple of hours. I usually take the cable clamp off after an hour. If I know I am getting laid that night then I don’t use the ADC.

    I do this routine 5 days a week Monday through Friday. On Saturday and Sunday I only do manual stretches a couple times a day when ever I feel like it. Saturday and Sunday is fun time when I’m out partying it up. Since doing this routine since August 1, 2009 and taking my L-citrulline supplement which, I started taking 2 weeks ago, the snake continues to grow and staying in good health while doing so.

    Here are some measured and dated pics of my progress below. I can only post 5 pictures a day so I will post my measured ruler length progress pics today and my tape measured girth progress pics tommorrow.

    Actually I just realized that I can post more then 5 pics in one day so here are my measured girth pics and my 9 and 3 quarter inch flaccid stretch with my homemade hanger. I also have another side flaccid shot showing my bodyfat lose resulting in a thinner fatpad. The last pic is my physique progress with my bodybuilding efforts.

      Saiyan, good to see a post from you. Wow! That is some routine and even more impressive pic's. Good job, you will have guys now trying to pull their dicks off after seeing what you have in your pants.

            That's an intense routine. All day workouts. None stop. Congrats.

              Thanks guys for the compliments. Sorry for the long post. I just wanted to show in great detail exactly what I am doing to achieve my gains.

              Since August 1 2009 I added hanging to my routine. Since I could not afford to buy a bib hanger, I went to home depot to see what I could use to make a homemade hanger. When searching through the plumbing section I found a contraption called a pipe repair clamp and immediately realized that it could be used as a hanger by its self. The device cost only 5 dollars plus tax. The pipe repair clamp has a bolt that closes the clamp and a lug nut on the bolt that tightens the Pipe repair clamp as much as you want it. It’s very easy to put on and take off and is extremely comfortable. After wrapping my dick with some cloth and ace bandage I have two pieces of rope looped in the pipe repair clamp aka hanger and then I put it on. The other side of the two loops are looped in a hook which is connected to another rope with a weight of your choosing hooked to the end of it. It is most likely better to by a bib hanger but this device is for my fellow PE brothers who are low on cash. The clamp puts the pressure right on the sides of the shaft like a bib hanger and keeeps pressure away from the delicate dorsal nevere area.

                So if you're not using the pipe repair clamp, would there be use in the ace bandage?

                  Very nice! It seems in your case that stretching and hanging A LOT has really made a difference. You have a pretty long jelq routine (mine is half of yours) that seems to do you well, too. My big note with you is that you are five days a week with no rest so there may be less need for immediate recuperation for the penis (as there is in weight training) if you are any indication. I have been trying to approach it more like: hit it hard and give it a day to rest. Hit it hard, and give it a day to rest., etc. This may be another good example of being able to really tax the penis over a long period of time and then give it a couple days rest on weekends.

                  Since lately I have not been sore at all from my workouts I have been trying to decide if I should up the actual work load on the PE day or just increase the days.

                  I am also considering going back to hanging as 10 years ago, this is what I did for the most part (no manual stretches, some very flaccid jelqing) and made close to half an inch in length gain.

                      Hey thanks for the compliments Squid and Boost. I don't know about the use for the ace bandage by itself. If rapped tight the bandage can keep your dick enlongated and prevent it from turtling. Hey Squid as far as treating your PE workout like a weightlifting workout, don't agree with that approach. The thing is your penis is not a skelital muscle. It can't contract or tense up. The penis does have smooth muscle in it but that cannot strengthen or increase in size just because of a PE workout disigned to supposently stimulate gains. Your dick increases in size because of PLASTIC DEFORMATION OF THE TISSUE. That's it. If your penis is getting longer because of the lig work it is because your are plastically deforming the ligs at a microscopic level and the cells rearrange to adapt accordenly as more plastic deformation occurs to them. If you are increasing your penis size through means that have nothing to do with the ligs then it's because you are plastically deforming the tunica to stretch and allow the spongy tissue inside to hold more blood those resulting in a bigger penis. It's all about the tunica guys. The spongy tissue that the tunica surrounds has the capacity to hold and obsorb a lot of blood like a real sponge. What puts a halt to the spongy tissue's blood holding capacity is the thick and tuff tunica. What sets the limit to a man's penis size is the sheer amount of tissue mass and elasticity his tunica has. If a man has a large amount of tunica mass and very good tunica elasticity inside his flaccid penis, he will have a large penis when erect.

                      To achieve plastic deformation, controlled and safe amounts of stress under constant heat needs to be applied as much as possible for the deformation to accumulate into gains. The only reason for rest days should be to keep your erection quality at 100%. If you can PE everyday and keep your erection quality at 95 -100% then that in my opinion will be the fastest you could gain in the quickest amount of time. If your dick tends to have poor erection quality after so many days of PE then rest is needed for the health of the penis. I take Saturday and Sunday off to make sure erection quality is in tip top shape when I'm out partying with friends, but when ever I feel like it I do a couple of minutes of manual bundled stretches through out the day but it's optional for me on those days.

                        Hey Luiloot, my total gains so far is 3 quarter inches in erect length, 0.3 inches in midshaft girth and .5 inches in base girth. I started out at non bone pressed length of 8 inches x 5.2 midshaft girth x 5.5 base girth. I am now non bone pressed 8.75 inches x 5.5 inches midshaft girth x 6 inches base girth. My bonepressed length is now 9.2 inches.

                        Hey 7InchStart I am glad you have decided to do PE but you should have opened up your own thread and post your routine and goals there man. People might think your routine and everything you said is mine.

                              Hey guys I have some pics of my flaccid hang after my evening wet jelq workout and some pics of my ADCs I use for an hour after the workout. I use the cable clamp as and ADCs to keep the tunica expanded while it begins its healing process after the PE workout. When I put the cable clamp on, I jerk off to no higher then a 60% erection, tighten the clamp a little and take a shower and usually go hang out with friends afterwards. I am usually at sports bars or night clubs picking up women with some of my male friends. After about an hour I go into the men's room and take off the cable clamp. If I decide to just chill at home then I usally invite my female next door neigbor with benifits over to hangout which results in me not using the cable clamp. I also have a picture of my physique progress taken by another female friend of mind and her clearer digital camera.
