    2 months just hit. To be honest, I only probably stayed consistent for the first 3 weeks and then life started getting in the way. Too much studying and homework has really set me back to what I didn't want to be doing. Probably did about 2 days a week of JP90. Either way I see results.

    Gained 0.25" in EL and 0.3 in BPEL
    Gained 0.25" in MEG and 0.1" in BEG
    Gained 1.25" in FL
    Gained 0.5 in FG

    Although this may seem good I seem to only see what could have been even greater numbers. Therefore I'm definitely going to push myself over the next couple months and throw in some A-stretch's as well as my own stretch that really seems to help I call collapsing.

      Just stick to it man. I somehow think intensity has a lot to do with it. JP90 said to squeeze lightly as if you were holding an egg. I squeeze like it's a baseball bat and use a full hand instead of just the OK grip. If it's not working for you try and mix it up but I wouldn't stick with a non-working routine for longer than a month
