So, it's been a while. Due to getting hit in the balls and school stress I've taken a week off. Gonna get back into it tomorrow. Just checked the PI page again and to my surprise I've been experiencing ALL of the positive PIs and NONE of the negative or even neutral PIs. So far I'm really happy with how I'm progressing. The last time I measured I was at 100% erection and I was 15.8 BPEL and 14.8 NBPEL, so another 0.2 cm gain. Girth is still the same. Gonna really try hard to not measure for at least a month.

Very unhappy with todays session. Had to watch porn a lot to keep my erection level where I want it. Got tired of it and called it quits after the second set of exercises. No point in doing them if it's not quality. Hopefully will be better by the end of the week.

Decided to try edging and I blew it, literally. Didn't stop when I should have. Felt sore whilst warming down and didn't really enjoy jerking off after PE so I think I'm not gonna be doing it again for the time being.

Did it at 4 PM so it was easier than my usual time which is 1 or 2 AM. Lose my erection fairly quickly though, probably after 25 reps of Jelqs. Probably from jacking off too much or getting too many hard ons throughout the day. Will try to limit that this week and see how it goes. Also decided to have Thursday and Friday be rest days since it just makes more sense.

Back to the regular rep count. Tried to use as little porn as possible today with the goal of gradually eliminating it completely. I've found that if I'm losing my erection during jelqs it helps to turn my palm towards my glans and jelq vertically, kind of like I would when I'm jerking off. More blood seems to flow to my dick this way. Might try doing it just this way tomorrow.

Today was probably the best session I've had yet. Noticed midway through my first set of jelqs that I'm not really applying any pressure to the bottom of my shaft so I started pushing with my thumb a little more and i was able to keep my erection level where I wanted it with all my jelq sets. V jelqs have never really been a problem since I do them at a lower erection level to stretch slightly more. Also decided to add edging at the end and this time didn't get past the PONR. Very happy.

During edging I got to 100% EQ and I'm fairly certain there have been some girth gains. My dick felt bigger in my hand and it also looked bigger. Holding off on measuring till the end of May is hard as hell.
