Thread: JP 90 Log

So I've decided to start a journal. I started jelqing 3 weeks ago but my technique was off and I've been doing it properly for the past week. I'm doing the JP 90 routine and thus far haven't experienced any soreness or pain, which I assume is a good thing. My stats are:
NBPEL - 5.5 inches
BPEL - 6 inches
EG - 5.2 inches
Short term goals (what I'm hoping to accomplish upon finishing this routine)
NBPEL - 6 inches
BPEL - 6.5 inches
EG - 5.5 inches
Long term goals (hoping to achieve this by the end of the year)
NBEL - 6.5 inches
BPEL - 7 inches
EG - 6 inches
What I have noticed is an improvement in EQ. For the first week or so I had a lot of trouble staying hard and had to watch some porn every 25 or so reps of jelqing. I just finished my session for the day and was able to maintain the erection level I wanted throughout, only having to watch porn during the last set of V jelqs. I've also stopped masturbating daily, and just do it once a week, usually on Saturday.
So, today's session:
Warm up - 9 minutes
Streching
Jelq - 150 reps
V Jelq - 90 reps
Warm down - 7 minutes
Oh, one question. I vaguely reading something regarding LOT (I know it's considered obsolete), and someone mentioned that if your dick tugs in all directions, that means you'll have quicker gains. Can anybody confirm this?Last edited by kidajske; 04-05-2013 at 08:27 PM.

Day 5
Warm up - 8 minutes
Streching (tried to be more thorough this time)
Jelq - 150 reps
V jelq - 60 reps
Warm down - 6 minutes
Notes:
I skipped the last set of V jelqs because I was feeling some pain in the lower right part of the pubic area, just above the shaft. I was also having trouble keeping an erection, probably due to the fact that's it's 3 AM so I decided to call it a night. Looking forward to the 2 rest days

Day 6
So today was a rest day but I couldn't resist the urge to measure since I've been PEing for 3 weeks (albeit, only 1 week of quality work) and to my surprise I'm 0.5 cm or 0.2 inches longer (both BPEL and NBPEL). I'm under the impression that this isn't a matter of erection quality since I'm 18 and have never had trouble getting erections, but I'm happy either way to be seeing gains after such a short period of time.

Notes: Not really satisfied with this session. Had a little trouble keeping my erection level where I wanted it and I didn't enjoy it very much. Guess that's what I get for skipping a day.

Notes:
I didn't have time to read up on the pelvic balance thread, so I thought it would be fine to just do 100 reps of reverse kegels in addition to the regular ones, just for today. My session quality is suffering because of how tired I am. My shift changes every week and in this shift I'm exhausted by the time I get to PE. Next week will be better I'm sure.

Stretches (added reverse kegels as well, really need to figure out how to incorporate them properly)

Notes:
I'm now certain that my weekly schedule decides my session quality. I felt fresh yesterday and had no problems with holding my erection levels. Good session

Got a football to the balls so I felt it was a good idea to skip a few days. Not sure if I'm gonna do it tonight
