    2012-12-xx Start: I think NBPEL 14cm(5,5inch) and girth 14cm (5,5inch)

    2013-29-03 Now: NBPEL 15cm(5,9inch) Girth 14,5cm (5,7 inch)

    Goal:
    NBPEL 18cm(7 inch) Girth 15cm (5,9inch)

    My penis

    - 100% hard 17cm BPEL
    - 100% hard girth 14,5cm under the glans and 15cm at the base
    - flaccid BPL 17,5cm
    - light curve to left
    - cut
    - I'm a grower

    Why I'm not sure what my start length and girth was is because I dont remember if I was 100% hard and if I measure correct. I was a real rookie and know better today thanks to this forum.

    I hang with a home made hanger and have tried different performance and this works best for me and grasp my inner penis perfect.

    My routine:
    10-12h/week
    10-13lbs
    BTC or some point between SD and BTC

    No warming up and no warming down

    And I have not seen any gains so far with my hanging routine, have hang correct about 1 months and 2 months with different hangers like Captain Wench and another bad home made hanger that didn't grasp my inner penis.

    And still today have not seen any gains, just some stretch marks at the base after I start to hang with the new home made hanger BTC

    Edit: 2013-05-06 ordered a malehanger because it was so good price, it will be fun to compare it with my home made hanger

      Warming up 10min with rice sock
      20min 11lbs BTC/SD
      14min 11lbs BTC/SD (did feel discomfort so I took a break
      20min 8lbs BTC/SD

      Light light jelqing 3min with body-lotion because dry and burning feeling on the skin at the base, Don't care about stretch marks but want not to make it worse so it forces me to stop hanging for a while.

                      Why don't people just hang for 10 hours a day? A guy told me to do that if i ever wanted to gain 1.5-2"+ from PEing? (10 hours a day was prolly an exaggeration but it basically means that i need to hang for several hours a day) But why are you guys just doing it for 20 minutes?

                        I hang 10-12h/week. Some weeks 6-8h, its depend how much I have to do. 10h a day its crazy, if you do not have a life itīs possible but hanging with friends, family, work and all kind of things that o normal person do make it hard to hang 10h a day.
