    Here are my beginning measurements.


    NBPEL= 16 cm(6.3")
    BPEL=18 cm(7.1")

    MEG= 13 cm(5.1")


    I am a complete newbie and will start up with jp90´s routine.

    supplements:
    - vitamin c
    - vitamin D3

    - Fish Oil with ginger
    - whey protein powder

    - L-arginine
    - stinging nettle (urtica dioica)

    - gingko biloba
    - L-Glutamin
    - Super mass gainer
    - Gaba



    Day 1 (22/4/2013): Not the best day for my pe, didnt have oil to wet jelq/

    Day 2 (23/4/2013):
    I have learned the exercises, still no oil. nice pe day anyway/

    Day 3(24/4/2013):
    baby oil with vitamin E bought, much better day for my pe, but penis felt a Little sore, and quite tired to. Think it is time to a break, but want to complete the 5 days on 2 days off, so i am going to continue/

    Day 4(25/4/2013):
    penis feels tired, but can easily get to the 60-70 % erect for the jelqs, so i did my pe today. I am getting better at the exercises, but still can not see the purpose of the v-jelqs. I dont feel that they do any good for my girth, it just hurts my penis when doing them. I am still in a good mood, and still trust in this routine. Waiting for results to come. My first Measurement will be after 1 month. I dont believe to see results that early, but will just make a check that i am not, shorten my penis or anything/

    Day 5(26/4/2013):
    Last day in my pe week. Will be good with a break afterwards. Time spend on todays pe 35 minuts, fine training/

    Day 6(27/4/2013):
    rest./

    Day 7(28/4/2013):
    rest/

    Day 8(29/4/2013):
    Start of a new week. Penis feels recovered and is not sore anymore. My erection has atually gone worse and my penis appears smaller. Hope it is not truth. I am very excited to see my first Measurement, after a month of PEing. Hope for a better day tomorrow. By the way, i have just ordered L-arginine./

    Day 9(30/4/2013):
    I had some trouble getting an erection in the beginning. At the end i got the biggest erection ever, dont know what happend. Very nice session though. i masturbated to full erection in the end, and hold it for about 2 min, just to make session a bit longer and tougher (32 min)

    Day 10(01/05/2013):
    Today my L-arginine arrived. Lets see what it brings. Todays session done (32 min) erection was hard to get, but penis didnt feel sore. I might be afraid that i am overtraining, but i cant figure it out.

    Day 11(02/05/2013): decided that my penis needs a break, from now on i will try the 2 days on 1 day off until my penis gets more conditioned.

    REST.

    Day 12(03/05/2013): Rest


    Day 13(04/05/2013)
    : way to much sex, dont feel that it is a good idea to excercise today. by the way, erection were stone hard, and i lastet very long, so maybe my pe does actually help me.

    REST

    Day 14(05/05/2013): pe session( 44 minutes in total: 10 minuts warmup, 6 min warmdown, 28 min excerises) had a hard time holding my erection down when jelqing, only the last set i had a hard time getting it up. a bit sore at the beginning

    Day 15(06/05/2013): Pe session (38 minutes in total: 10 minutes warmup, 4 minutes warmdown, 24 min exercises) today it was impossible to hold the erection down when stretching. During the warmup, it was stone hard, maybe this was because of the 500 mg L-arginine i took half an hour before the session. good session though. penis was sore, so tomorrow is a restday. it will be good! today i just bought some stinging nettle (urtica dioica) supplements, to boost my natural testeteron level.

    Day 16 (07/05/2013): Rest.

    Day 17(08/05/2013): todays session done (37 min in total: 10 min warmup, 22 minutes excersise, 5 minuts warmdown) penis was sore.

    Day 18(09/05/2013):
    Todays session was really wierd. i had a hard time getting an erection, it took me the whole session to get a fine erection. penis was not sore. todays session (48 min in total: 15 min warmup, 8 min stretches, 12 min jelq, 10 min edging (unfortunatly i ejaculated), 3 min warmdown) Tomorrow will be a rest day, i really need it. Perhaps i will take the day after tomorrow as a rest day also. lets see.

    Day 19(10/05/2013): Rest.

    Day 20(11/05/2013): Penis fells tired, and has a hard time getting an erection. therefore i decided to take an off day. only 11 days, till my first measurement. hopefully i have gained. I will rather go slow, than risk overtraining. I think this is the best way to cement gains. REST

    Day 21(12/05/2013): session done total time 37min (10 min warmup, 10 min stretch, 15 min jelqs, 2 min warmdown)

    Day 22 (13/05/2013): session done total time 47 min (12 min warmup, 8 min stretch, 12 min jelqs, 10 min edging, 5 min warmdown) very sore, and a bit numb after session.

    Day 23 (14/5/2013): Rest

    Day 24 (15/5/2013): session done total time 54 min (15 min warmup, 8 min stretch, 17 min jelqs, 10 min edge, warmdown 4) had a hard time getting an erection and keeping it.

    Day 25 (16/5/2013): session done total time 46 min ( 15 min warmup, 9 min stretch, 17 min jelqs, 5 min warmdown)

    Day 26 (17/5/2013): REST

    Day 27 (18/5/2013): session done total time 50 min, starting 19.10 o´clock ( 18 min warmup, 8 min stretch, 16 min jelq, 8 min downwarming.) a little sore, but good session though.

    Day 28 (19/05/2013): Session done total time 1 hour 3 min, starting 19.00 o´clock (20 min warmup, 8 min stretch, 17 min jelq, 8 min edge, 10 min warmdown) no soreness. I feel my penis is getting more conditioned. Maybe i will soon go to 5 days on 2 off.

    Day 29 (20/05/2013): Rest

    Day 30 (21/05/2013): Rest

    Day 31 (22/05/2013): session done total time 54 min, starting time 19:30 o´clock (20 minutes warmup, 8 min stretch, 20 min jelqs, 6 min downwarming)

    Day 32 (23/05/2013): session done total time 1 hour 6 min, starting time 22:30 o´clock ( 20 minutes warmup, 9 min stretch, 27 min jelqs, 10 min warmdown) the 25/05 i will meassure and see if i have gained.

    Day 33 (24/05/2013): REST

    Day 34 (25/05/2013): Meassure will be done today, no pe then. REST. no real gains

    Day 35 (26/05/2013): REST

    Day 36 (27/05/2013): Todays session done, start 19:40, total time 1 hour and 6 minutes ( 20 min warmup, 9 min stretch, 27 min jelqs, 10 min warmdown) Very good session, no soreness and no problems with erection.

    Day 37 (28/05/2013): session done, start 19:10, total time 1 hour and 15 minutes (20 min warmup, 7 min stretch, 20 min jelqs, 18 min edging, 10 min warmdown) good session, in the end i got a rock hard erection. unfortunately i ejaculated.

    day 38 (29/05/2013): REST

    Day 39 (30/5/2013): Session done, total time 58 min starting time 11:50 (20 min warmup, 8 min stretch, 20 min jelqs, 10 min warmdown)

    Day 40 (31/5/2013): session done, total time 31 min( 10 min warmup, 8 min stretch, 8 min jelqs, 5 min warmdown). my penis was so incredibly sore, so i had to stop, and only did half of the routine.

    Day 41 (01/6/2013): REST. i am starting to have the best erections ever. My penis also feels thicker.

    Day 42 (02/06/2013): session done. total time 1 hour, starting time 20:50 (20 min warmup, 9 min stretch, 21 min jelqs, 10 min warmdown) the stretches did not do any good today, because my flaccid was hard eventhough it hanh low and was big. I really could not stretch my penis because of the hard flaccid. The keggels didnt help neither. jelq session went good. Though my penis seems a bit disentensized.

    Day 43 (03/06/2013): session done. total time 1 hour and 8 min, starting time 20:30 (20 min warmup, 8 min stretch, 21 min jelqs, 9 min edging, 10 min warmdown) hard flaccid was fortunately gone today. ejaculated during the edging.

    day 44 (04/06/2013): rest

    day 45 (05/06/2013):
    session done, total time 1 hour and 4 min, starting time 20:20 (20 min warmup, 10 min stretch, 5 min rewarm, 19 min jelqs, 10 min warmdown) very sore today, maybe because of masturbation. a bit hard flaccid, so stretch was not so good.

    By the way, the last week my erection has gone very insane. I would propably say 9Q. My flaccid hangs also really low and it feels heavy. it is a very nice feeling. I feel the positive pI´s. The only negative PI´s is soreness, a bit red spots on head, and sometimes my flaccid seems hard, which makes it difficult, to stretch.

    Day 46(06/06/2013):.....session starting time, 17:30. Total time= 1 hour and 1 minut (22 min warmup, 9 min stretch, 20 min jelqs, 10 min warmdown) no soreness, no hard flaccid. Nice day for stretch.

    day 47 (07/06/2013): REST (10 min warmup)

    day 48 (08/06/2013): session starting time 17:10. total time=1 hour and 3 min (20 min warmup, 10 stretch, 23 jelqs, 10 warmdown)

    Day 49 (09/06/2013): session starting time 20:50. total time= 1 hour (20 min warmup, 10 stretch, 20 jelqs, 10 warmdown) no soreness.

    Day 50 (10/06/2013): Rest

    Day 51 (11/06/2013): REST (flaccid has been small)

    Day 52 (12/06/2013): session done, starting time 18:50. total time= 1 hour and 1 min (15 min warmup, 9 stretch, 27 jelqs, 10 warmdown) a bit soreness, fine flaccid.

    Day 53 (13/06/2013): Session half done, total time 24 min (15 min warmup, 9 min stretch) a bit soreness, fine flaccid. didnt have time for jelqs so had to qiut.

    Day 54 (14/06/2013): REST

    Day 55 (15/06/2013): Session done total time 1 hour and 1 minut (15 min warmup, 9 min stretch, 27 min jelqs, 10 min warmdown) no soreness, nice flaccid hang. i will soon measure again.

    Day 56 (16/06/2013):
    session done. total time= 58min. starting time 22:05 (15 min warmup, 8 min stretch, 25 min jelqs, 10 min warmdown) The last week my girth has been alot thicker than normal, i hope it is real gains and not just temporarily swelling.

    Day 57 (17/06/2013): REST.

    day 58 (18/06/2013): session done. start time: 20:50. total time= 1 hour and 3 min (20 min warmup, 9 min stretch, 24 min jelqs, 10 min warmdown) pretty sore

    day 59 (19/06/2013): sick today. no pe then. REST

    Day 60 (20/06/2013): still sick no pe then. rest

    Day 61 (21/06/2013): still sick and no sleep because of examine. No gains yet REST

    Day 62 (22/06/2013):
    session done total time 1 hour and 6 min ..... starting time 23:20 ..... (15 min warmup, 8 stretch, 33 jelqs, 10 warmdown) no soreness

    day 63 (23/06/2013): session done total time 1 hour and 5 min ...... starting time 22:35....... (warmup 15, stretch 8, jelqs 32, warmdown 10)

    Day 64 (24/06/2013): Rest

    Day 65 (25/06/2013): session done (positive pi)

    Day 66 (26/06/2013): session done (positive pi)

    Day 67 (27/06/2013): rest

    day 74 (04/07/2013): rest, students weak. no time for pe.

    one of the first early indicators you're overtraining is if you start to see very small red spots on the head of your cock. these are tiny blood vessels rupturing. nothing dangerous, just a sign to back off the intensity a bit. remember, 90% of the JP90 workout is about conditioning your penis for the more advanced workouts later. those will bring more of the length/girth gains. do a good job stretching, don't overwork the jp90, and look in at minuteman's dry orgasm guide (just search for it in the forums) to start doing kegel/reverse kegel exercises and strengthen, isolate, and control your pelvic floor muscles. good luck

    Now you say. i actually noticed that i have some small red spots on the head, maybe i will go a little a little slower.
