    Hey fellas!

    So the past couple days went fairly well. 4 and 5 hours of extending, and my neck is slowly getting better. Today I have extended for an hour so far and now...JP90 is about to begin. Then I will finish by extending for x amount of hours. Hopefully I can get a decent PE session in.

    Do any of you have any recommendations for the schedule I should use with PE and extending? 2 on, 1 off? 5 on, 2 off? I was jut wondering what you guys thought or if anyone has been through this combo routine before. Any input would be much appreciated. Thanks fellas!

    Hey fellas!

    Since my last post I have been doing JP90 everyday and also extending for 4 hours a day. I might slowly try to up it to 6 or maybe 8. Tomorrow I add yet another .5 cm to my extender and will take the weekend off of JP90. I think 5 on 2 off will work best, being it is when I add cm to the extender(weekends). So we will see what happens! I will let you all know how it goes! Take it easy and best of luck PEing!

    Today is ending with 6 hours of extending and a freshly poured whiskey. The extra .5 cm added today felt great. So with this all going so well I had a quick question...being as I have had no negative PIs can I do my exercises as well as extend everyday? I am doing JPs 90 as stated in earlier posts. I just figured I would ask some of the more experienced fellas if that would be ok. Anything helps! Thanks guys!

    Rufio, small increases in extra PE , monitor PI and morning wood. Adjust as needed.

    Hey guys!

    Rough week for PE this past week. I was moving and was left by my roommates to do it all myself basically. So I only got one workout in and 2 days of extending 4 hours. So today I am hopping back on it and gettin back to work haha. Hope all is well!

    Past three days have consisted of 40 minute PE workouts and tree days extending, except today which I will throw it on after my shift. Hoping for first cut lol. But since I have been back and steady with everything all seems well! I have noticed no negative PIs so that is a definite plus. I have also been hanging low, which is fun at work being the only male server in the whole restaurant of good looking ladies the bulge is here! But since Sunday I have also decided to give up porn to help with EQ and sexual arousal/desire when I get to see my girlfriend next...still might be three or for weeks by the sounds of it...so maybe some gains before! Maybe! We will see how this training regime works out for me. I will measure within the next week to see what has happened so far. Onward and upward gents!(literally)

    hey man look into getting a bathmate! I extend during the day try to get 6 hours(every hour I take it off and jelq til the penis feels good again) in then at end of extender session finish with 15-20 minute session in bathmate ( I have the pressure at about 70% of maximum suction the whole time so I feel it) but its quite comfortable I then finish with slow jelqs to im satisfied no fluid retention... been doing it a week now and ive gain 1.5cm on flaccid haha yet to measure erect ill do it this sunday!!!

    I was actually thinking I getting one once I save up some moola haha. Hopefully I can string it in with bills in the next two weeks and get it shipped. Fingers, toes and eyes crossed lol. I will probably start getting 6 hours in too now hopefully before work since I have all my stuff moved in my new place. Sounds like a solid routine and solid results Tmac! What are your current measurements and what size Bathmate did you end up getting? I am pretty confused when it comes to getting one based on what I have read thus far. Oh and congrats on the results! Hopefully they keep coming for ya man! Take it easy!

    thanks! keep an eye on my log atm, I got the Hercules not sure the model (or if that is the model haha) im still new to this PE thing haha all I know is from the base of the penis I am 17cm erect and 12.5 cm flaccid honestly all I am focusing is on length atm ill have to get girth readings atm It looks like an increase of about 0.3-0.5cm :S but ill get proper measurements on the weekend and go from there!!!

    Last week I ended up with 3 hours of extending at 17 cm a day and 4 PE routines. It felt good and I had a few negative PIs towards the end of the week so I cut the 5th workout. Now this week so far I have done a 30 minute PE routine Monday, Tuesday, and plan to Thursday, Friday and Sunday. I have continued to wear the extender 3 hours a day...and at 17.5 cm. I am excited to start stretching past BPEL and hope for gains on that. I have not measured for a while and will probably wait until the end of the month to see if there is a surprise or two.

    Also, quick question. Does anyone using an extender, I am using the Andropenis, have any advice on keeping the noose locked on the bottom of the device? Mine seems to pop out and give a little slack after 20-30 minutes. Thanks guys!
