Hi there. I receive my Bathmate HydroMax X40 on 7-May-2013. Thanks to Jason/Bathmate SG for recommending X40 for long term use rather then X30 which I first choose.
Anyway, I have started to use the X40 from the same day I receive it. Below is on progress log.
My GOAL to Accomplish:
START - BPEL: 120mm (4.7"), EG: 140mm (5.5")
07/05 - BPEL: 152mm (6"), EG: 140mm (5.5") >>> SUCCESS !!!
02/07 - BPEL: 178mm (7"), EG: 152mm (6")

Week 00 (07/05): BPEL: 120mm, EG: 140mm
Week 01 (14/05): BPEL: 139mm (+19mm), EG: 146mm (+6mm)
Week 02 (21/05): BPEL: 132mm (-7mm), EG: 150mm (+4mm)

Daily Routine:
Week 00 (07/05): Started the routine with twice a day ; 5 minutes warmup and 15 minutes with X40
Week 01 (14/05): Try to change the routine with twice a day; 5 minutes warmup and 15 minutes with X40 every 5 minutes kinda take it off and top up with warm water and put it on again.
Week 02 (21/05): Since the size reduction, change back my routine to 15 minutes with X40 without the interval every 5 minutes since 20/05.
Week 03 (28/05): Was at outstation and unable to use X40 for 2 days 24 & 25 May. Now I using the X40 for 20 minutes every session and only 1 time in evening.
Week 04 (04/06): Everyday - 20 minutes X 1 time in evening, skiped on 1/6. Started to include the jelqing exercises (80 stroke) from 29/05.
Week 05 (11/06): Rest on 8/6. Change the PE to beginners as in below link. (https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne....html#post8288)
Week 06 (18/06): PE off on 15,16 & 18. X40 off on 18
Week 07 (25/06): PE off 21 & 22. X40 off 22
Week 08 (02/07): PE off 28, 29, 30 & 1. X40 off 28 & 29
Week 09 (09/07): PE off 3,4,5,6,7 & 8. X40 off 6
Week 10 (16/07): PE stop for 1 week. X40 as usual but off on 10 & 13
Week 11 (23/07): PE stop. X40 as usual but off on 19 & 22. 5 minutes warmup and 15 minutes with X40 every 5 minutes kinda take it off, top up with warm water, light massage for 30 seconds and put it on again.
Week 12 (30/07): PE stop. X40 complete 7 days.
Week 13 (06/08): PE stop. X40 complete 7 days.
How I measure:
I do my measuring in the morning after night rest (about 8 hours) for my willie and before my morning session with X40. This is just to make sure I measure the permanent size or not the direct size after X40 which is the temporary size gain for less then 3-4 hours.
Bottom Line:
I am very much happy and satisfied with the temporary result I gain in very short period of time. I will be continue using it to have the permanent result which might take 6 weeks and more. double thumbs up!!
