Vulture's Progress Log
Hello everyone,
I've been involved in PE for over a year. I've been off and on with PE and did not see any noticable gain when I was very dedicated to PE. So, after taking a big break for three months, I've decided to start hanging. It's been 6 days since I started hanging.I want to keep track of my routine and progress from now on. I will be updating it daily.
I own a Captn's Wench which is not the best but it's okay for now.
I don't own weights so I go with a milk contianer filled with water.
My current measurements:
BPEL: 6.5
NBPEL: 5.8-6"
EG: 4"
GOAL:
BPEL: 8.5"
NBPEL: 8"
EG: 5.5-6"
PE, to me, is a race and I want to achieve my goal as soon as possible.
