Thanks for noticing, yes it is slowing down my gains, and I am going awfully easy.
Oh, I know my reps are on the low side, and it is on purpose. I am trying to take it easy and get back into a daily routine. I have neglected my body and need to get my circulation, breathing patterns, and joints back on track. I am going at a pace that is producing results, but not causing any pain or discomfort the next day, just some minor soreness. I use to lift and work out 2-3 hours a day years ago before I married. My muscle memory amazingly is very good and I am gaining extraordinarily quickly. Next, I always have a tendency to dive head first into working out and either burn out or get injured. This must be a lifestyle change and I am approaching this as such.
Since this is the second week of basically prehabing I am noticing a drastic change in my circulation. My muscles are clearing the lactic acid, and not talking to me much the next morning. In addition my joints are starting to smooth out. I have a very large life event coming up, and once done will be increasing my workload substantially in another few weeks. In the forward progress of society and feminism, masculinity (in my opinion) has failed to adapt. This has resulted in the figurative emasculation of many men. PE is not just about gaining size, it is also about gaining confidence, but most importantly embracing and learning healthy masculinity.
