I did my first jelqing session in the shower last night. I didn't have any lube, so I used conditioner instead lol. It did ok as a replacement, just had to use more than I wanted. I like how I get the extra length just from standing, I didn't realize how beneficial that could potentially be as opposed to lying down. Also, I wanted to measure this week, but I think I'm just gonna wait a full month before I do any measuring. 1 week, for me at least, isn't a big enough time period to see if anything has happened. Plus, it'll give me incentive to keep PEing. Welp today is rest day, but I plan on doing 100-200 kegels at work since I'll be sitting on my ass anyway. Good day!

Warming up now, I will recap this past week. So far, I've noticed my flaccid hangs a bit longer than it did before I started PEing, which is great. I'm uncircumcised and I would turtle a lot and was quite embarrassed of it so I would try and hide it. The worst was during workouts it would happen and I workout with a group of people I work with :/ but no more! I also noticed I haven't been waking up with morning wood. I don't know if it is a bad thing, but I'm still getting erections. Also, I've only edged once but I noticed my CS is a bit plumper when I have erections. Well, time to start. I'll continue when I'm finished!

Cut the session short, was feeling some discomfort. Not sure if it was because of the extra day off, or if I was upping the intensity without knowing it. Nevertheless, better to be safe than sorry. Finished with about 5 minutes of edging. Maybe 3 days in a row will make a difference...maybe it will lead to the 5days on 2 days off practice. We shall see.

Only 2 weeks in and I'm already starting to see how hard it is to keep up with trying to do this routine on a consistent basis. But, I'm listening to the newbie advice and not forcing myself to PE when I don't feel like it. I PE at night, so some nights I'm too tired, or just busy with other things that I couldn't get done during the day. I'm not giving up, just trying to keep up.

Took too many days off since my last session
Just had way too much stuff goin on this week. I don't think it was smart to start this over summer, this looks to be my busiest summer yet. Once I start the semester, however, I should be able to fit PE into my schedule regularly. Got one in tonight, fortunately.
