After finding this website almost 2 full years ago and putting off the inevitable, I have finally decided to give the JP90 routine a try. Today was measurement day, the last day of seeing what my dude used to look like. I realized I had been putting this off for too long when I heard some news from an ex that was not music to my ears, particularly about her "really good successful rebound" after we had broken up (I think you guys can guess what she said...). Anyway, tomorrow is the day my official PE workouts begin. I look forward to sharing gain stories with many of you, as well as creating new goals once we crush the ones we've already set! This is where it all begins men! One step at a time!

Welcome to the gym. I can only speak for myself, but my dick is harder and thicker than ever, after about 4 months of PE (that is how long it took to get my prick conditioned). I'm sure you will experience the same.
To my surprise, gains happen VERY slowly. For example, I have not had any gains in the last 2 months. But that doesn't matter because during my journey to a bigger cock I realized it is really EQ that matters most, not size. I know it will bet bigger as I continue PE, so in time, I will have a bigger tool with great EQ. The same will happen to you, if you make it happen.

Thanks for the warm words, fellas. Although I will admit, I failed to start yesterday :/. Last minute tickets to a baseball game had me come home later than I thought and I had to get up real early for work. I plan to start right after posting this and report about it after. I'm determined to do this.

So I just finished my first session. Being uncircumcised, the transitions were somewhat difficult at first. However, I realized if you use a little more lube it'll make it a little easier to slide the skin back. My dude feels nice and plump right now as I'm warming down, and it is a great feeling. I just hope I applied enough pressure on the jelqs. I think at first, in my attempt to get the motion down, I might have been unknowingly squeezing a little too hard, but obviously not hard enough to bother me. After I got the strokes down I was able to pay attention to how much pressure to apply. I got through 100 v's and 60 wet v's, but I have to go somewhere so I had to stop early. Warming down though, as I've read that it's just as important as warming up! Day one down!

Just finished my second session, got a scare early on. I thought I had applied too much pressure on the left side of my penis while on my first set of jelqs because I felt something, idk how to describe it, "move" or "pinch," maybe even "collapse." It didn't hurt, I quickly checked if I could still get hard and I was able to, so I proceeded with caution. Felt fine throughout the whole workout, but I noticed during warm down a slight throb in the area I felt whatever it was I felt. It still didn't hurt and after a while went away. I still "feel" something on that side, like it wants to start throbbing again and that worries me, but it could also be my mind playing tricks on me. I ended the warm down with a nice jerk session, just to make sure everything still worked. I also realized that vaseline works better as lubricant than lotion does.
I plan to post on here every time I PE not only to share my journey, but to hold my self accountable. That way I won't be the only one who knows I'm starting to slack off. So I guess you could say this is my new journal. Anyway, time for sleep. Hopefully I wake up without any problems down there..."Slow and steady wins the race"

Woke up this morning with no wood, kinda unusual but everything checked out ok. I do feel somewhat of a soreness at the point where I thought I had injured myself, but only when I focus movement toward that point. Nothing too extreme. I've decided to do 2 days on 1 day off, at least for the first month. I really want to do right by this routine while not hurting myself, so I'd rather have a better conditioned dick with no gains going into the second month as opposed to hurting myself and setting myself back. Nonetheless, this is an exciting time for me.

Today I did my jelqs standing on my knees on my bed (I was doing them lying down with my legs elevated by my body pillow before, which I switched back to towards the end) and it looked and felt good, if not better than when I was lying down. I think I'm going to start doing them like that from now on. Also, I did my first set of jelqs pretty flaccid, second set about 50-70% erect, last set back to more of a flaccid state. I also incorporated about 15 minutes of edging at the end. As I'm learning the movements I'm slowly starting to experiment more with the movements. I know it's only my third session, but I feel like I'm learning a lot. Still gonna take it slow, but I'm less afraid of injuring myself now. I noticed it's hard to keep semi-erect while jelqing, but I guess that's just one more thing to learn; how to keep that semi-erect state throughout the whole process. Didn't get the plump feeling after like I did after my first session, but it's only the third day lol so I'm not stressing it. Just enjoying the process and constantly learning!
